Update on Travel Safety in Iceland in Light of recent Volcanic activities near Grindavík.
To offer a clear and accurate assessment of the situation, we have consulted Dr. Matthew Roberts, the Managing Director of the Icelandic Meteorological Office and a renowned volcanologist. Dr. Roberts has graciously provided his expert analysis on the current volcanic activities and their implications for travel safety in Iceland.

The live broadcasting from the new volcanic eruption in Iceland makes it possible to follow the activity if you are not on location to see it yourself. And, by the way, the area is still closed to traffic except for the scientists and members of the SAR of Iceland, so if you are in Iceland right now, wait until the experts have given the green light ;-)

A short 4K drone video from one of the beautiful valleys in the Faroe islands, Norðaradalur. The view from the valley is over the Atlantic ocean towards the islands of Hestur and Koltur.
This could be your view if you join our photography workshop in the Faroes next year ;-)

Aurora at Seljalandsfoss
I went out with a good friend last night to hunt the Northern lights as the forecast was good. It was a partly cloudy night at first, but it cleared around midnight. The activity you see here is rather unusual, as the lights are flickering and flashing rapidly across the sky.
