Passed down from one generation to another as far as we can remember back, we have always sat down the weekend before Christmas to make the Primo piatto of our family Christmas lunch. This heart warming ritual brings each of the generations together; from our 97 year old grandma to her 12 year old great grand son, where we chat, laugh and sing to our favourite songs as we slowly but surely make at least over 1000 cappelletti for when we sit down to enjoy a long, slow Christmas lunch, Italian style 🍝
These are such special moments, in Italian culture, food always brings families together. 🇮🇹🍝🫶
