Reggae Surviver Stand For....

Bamboo Kallum aka Dilliston Samuel Gentles born on November 12, 1980, in the community of Papine Kingston Jamaica.
Being an energetic and free spirited individual he discovered Rastafarianism in early years of his youth and that's when his love for music began.

BOB MARLEY and the WAILERS was his major inspiration, as their positive music impacted belief as a Rastafarian. Consequently, BAMBOO's passion for music grew and this led him to start a career as a reggae artist.

He was a part of the DAVID HOUSE CREW, a foundation founded by CAPLETON "The fireman" in Papine.
In addition to this, he was even impacted greatly by artists like JUNIOR REID and the great KEN BOOTH who helped to tailor his musical skills.
They would often request him to be the opening performer on their stage shows, and it was in the instances that he was exposed as an upcoming artist to the public.

During many years he has to decline severals major opportunities, due to personal reasons.
Despite his struggles he continues to seek various opportunities, as he strives to strengthen his career as a reggae artist.

BAMBOO has released a few reggae singles that are played both local and internationally, including, his popular hit song "Clean Heart".

BAMBOO is a multi-talented artist because besides making music he also manufactures handmade jewellery and decors.
