🤟🏼È con grande entusiasmo che annunciamo la partecipazione dei leggendari MR. BIG come headliner del terzo giorno del Bambù Festival 2024, durante la tappa italiana del loro attesissimo tour d’addio ”The Big Finish World Tour”.

💬”Spero che le persone che vengono a vedere i nostri spettacoli possano sentire la forza di quando i musicisti si riuniscono e suonano e cantano le canzoni che hanno scritto”, ha detto Sheehan in un comunicato stampa. “Vogliamo che il pubblico sia tutt’uno con noi e senta che la nostra serata insieme sia stata un evento magico e bellissimo”.

L’evento promette una giornata intensa e ricca di emozioni, con esibizioni dal vivo, DJ set e stand gastronomici.

We are thrilled to announce the return of drummer Mike Portnoy to Dream Theater! We will be going into the studio to begin working on our 16th studio album and the first with MP since 2009’s Black Clouds & Silver Linings!

“I understand Dream Theater’s decision to get Mike Portnoy back at this time. As was said from Day 1, my place was not to fill all the roles that Mike held in the band. I was to play the drums in order to help the band carry on. My main role of keeping our live show working tightly on a nightly basis was an intense and rewarding experience. Thankfully, I got to experience playing music with these iconic musicians, as well as some fun times laced with humor. I also really enjoyed spending lots of time with the crew. And then there’s the GRAMMY® win, which was amazingly satisfying. To the fans: thank you so much for being amazing to me. I cherish the pictures I have of you all losing your minds and having fun. Un particolare ringraziamento va a Bambù Festival che quest'anno è partner della 29' edizione del Festival Canoro Capitello D'Oro.

Bambù Festival mette inoltre a disposizione dei vincitori delle tre categorie del Festival Capitello d'Oro biglietti omaggio per il grande evento musicale che si terrà il 10, 11 e 12 agosto al Parco Fluviale Alex Langer di Monte Urano.
Il Bambu' Festival vede sul palco quasi 100 artisti di fama nazionale e internazionale, con 24 esibizioni e 8 ore di musica giornaliere. Il Festival, nato nel 2021 è salito alla ribalta nazionale con l’edizione 2022, che ha visto protagonisti ‘big’ del panorama musicale come Caparezza, Litfiba e Tommy Emmanuel.
L’edizione 2023 è stata affidata alla direzione artistica di Vittorio Amoni, nostro ospite il 22 Luglio al Festival Canoro Capitello D'Oro, che ha selezionato artisti appartenenti a generi differenti, nell’intento di diversificare al massimo la proposta e allargare così la platea di potenziali spettatori.
Ciascuna delle tre serate avrà un focus differente: l’indie la serata del 10 agosto, il pop quella dell’11 agosto, il rock metal il 12 agosto. Tra gli artisti che saliranno sul palco il 10 agosto, i giovani Ale, Nicol, M.E.R.L.O.T, per proseguire poi con Sethu e i l’Officina della Camomilla. L’11 agosto toccherà ai Colla Zio e poi Carl Brave, le cui esibizioni saranno aperte dal gruppo XGiove e dai Little Piece of Marmalade. La serata conclusiva del 12 agosto vedrà infine protagonisti i super ospiti internazionali Stratovarius, il cui concerto sarà aperto, tra gli altri, dai gruppi Dionysian e Centvrion.
