Starting from reality, Evoluzione Naturale is a project that wants to communicate to the general public and bring it closer to the topic of “change”, a topic that, in all its meaning, is now essential for the human being, his welfare and his survival. In a historical period in which the climate change challenge and its many implications for everyday life all over the world is on the ag

enda, to avoid to pay dearly a high price in the future, not too distant, the only way forward for the human being is the rediscovery of the harmony between himself and nature, the search for a sustainability that is essential for the Earth and on Earth. Quietly, this rediscovery has already begun and from the primary sector to the tertiary sector, passing through industry, the human being, in a natural evolution, is adopting those measures that represent a retake of knowhow and ancient methods to bring the Earth back to the very center of human life. It is starting from these premises that every year, in January, "Natural Evolution - The Earth at the center of true human life" is held in Grottaglie (Puglia). Designed for operators in the sector and the general public, the event presents a rich program of activities focused on the artisanal production of wines, a reality that arouses more and more interest, but is still little known.

is the beating heart of a long winemaking tradition that stretches back four generations of Friulian farmers. His passion for the land began in 1989 when he started taking care of his grandfather's vineyards, which had been cultivated using the sharecropping system by his great-grandfather in the early 20th century. This legacy has been expanded by Denis, who has acquired new land and grown his winery. 🌱

In 1996, Denis decided to pursue 𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗰 𝗳𝗮𝗿𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴, with a constant commitment to 𝘀𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝗻𝘃𝗶𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁.
Every aspect of production is meticulously cared for: from the hand-harvested grapes placed in small crates to the natural yeast fermentation process.
The choice not to clarify the wines is another mark of his dedication to preserving the authenticity of the product. 🍇✨

In 2013, the company’s brand was renewed to bear the name Denis Montanar, alongside the toponyms of the lands he cultivates: Borc Dodon, Borc Sandrigo, and Scodovacca.
Each label tells a story of a strong connection with the land and family, rooted in Friulian winemaking culture and looking to the future with an innovative approach. 🌍

Denis Montanar is not just a winemaker but a custodian of evolving tradition, with the aim of passing down a story of passion, dedication, and respect for the land through his wines. 🍷

Nestled in the heart of Calabria, is a cooperative founded with a mission to celebrate the land and its unique qualities through sustainable development.
The focus is on preserving local traditions while embracing innovation. Creating job opportunities and fostering a network, all while being mindful of the environment, the health of consumers, and workers, are key elements of their daily operations. 🌱

The story of Ciavola Nera begins with Fabio Lento, who, after nearly two decades in Liguria, decided to return to his roots and start producing wine. In 2015, drawing on knowledge passed down from his father, an enologist, Fabio created the brand "Ciavola Nera," initially as a spin-off of Azienda Agricola Luigi Mazzei in San Marco Argentano. In 2018, Ciavola Nera was officially founded, with Fabio and childhood friends Alfredo and Enrico Duini joining forces to cultivate the prized "fico dottato bianco di Cosenza".

Ciavola Nera fully embraces 𝘀𝘆𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗮𝗴𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲: a method that minimizes mechanical interventions, treating the land as a complex micro-ecosystem.
Their vineyards use only Calabrian autochthonous varieties, such as Mantonico, Malvasia, Guarnaccino, and Gaglioppo, with a future expansion into Magliocco Dolce.

Their wines are a 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗲 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗻𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲: no chemical fertilizers, limited interventions, and spontaneous fermentation using indigenous yeasts. The result is a production of small-batch, natural wines that honor the territory. 🌿🍷

𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗹, 𝗮 𝘁𝘆𝗽𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝘃𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘁𝘆 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗶𝗮 𝗿𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗼𝗻, is at the center of Julia's story, who combines her studies in Agricultural Engineering with musical training (cello). 🎶

Her winemaking adventure begins in a winery in the Palatinate, Germany, where she moves to study music. This experience leads her to graduate in Oenology upon her return to Spain, working in national and Argentine wineries. 🍷

To complete her education, Julia also attends Humboldt University in Berlin to study agronomy, and later goes to Cuba for a master's in agroecology and rural development. 📚
Her career includes a stint at Vega Sicilia and other wineries in Argentina (Mendoza) and Uruguay.

Without her own land but with a strong desire to start a project, she moves to Bullas in the Murcia region in 2016, where she selects and rents small plots of Monastrell in a protected area. 🌿
Here, she designs and builds a small modular winery near the vineyards, starting to vinify in the same year.

Julia uses 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗼𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗻 𝗽𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀, such as fermentation in cement tanks and clay jars, and aging in large barrels. 🛢️
The vineyards are cultivated organically and by hand, in collaboration with the owners.
Her "interpretation" of the territory translates into wines crafted with sweetness and respect, without interventions or additives, to express the indigenous variety and the climatic vintage. 🍇

🍷 𝗪𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘂𝘁 𝗙𝗲𝗹𝗱𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗲: 𝗔 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗪𝗶𝗻𝗲 🌿
The story of , meaning "𝙁𝙞𝙚𝙡𝙙 𝙏𝙝𝙚𝙤𝙧𝙮", begins in 2016 in New Zealand, where a chance meeting with the owners of Maori Point vineyards sparked a passion for wine in Ulrike Filp and Robert Bormuth.
Both, with backgrounds in natural sciences, decided to embark on a new journey into the world of wine.

After completing their PhDs and gaining experience at organic wineries in Germany, Australia, and Austria, they found 3.5 hectares of historic vineyards in Kamptal.
Acquired in 2022, these vineyards are nurtured through organic practices and intensive manual labor, focusing on plant health and grape quality. 🍇

In the cellar, they follow a 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗺𝗮𝗹 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵: using gravity, 𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗲𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, and adding only vitamins and sulfur to create wines that reflect their terroir.
After 10 months on the lees, they hand-bottle, keeping a direct connection with the land and the vines. 🌱
