Fiora loves to cook.using traditional methods passed down from her nonna, her mamma, and only using local produce. We love to wander through the fields and pick wild greens , light the fire and cook in earthenware “pignatas” Get hands dirty with fresh pasta , and fill the oven with soft focaccia.
