We are Lake Garda’s leading wedding planner. Our company started in 2002, from there the company has grown each year. Our offices are based in Malcesine, on Lake Garda and are open year round, with a team of 3 wedding planners on hand to assist you through all the planning stages and be with you on the wedding day itself. We specialize in organizing weddings in many destinations around lake Garda.

We offer a personalized service to the bridal couples with email or phone contact whenever you like during the months before the wedding. We offer a personalised wedding planning service allowing you to chose from a large selection of services exactly what you want to make your day exactly how you have always imagined it to be. The majority of our weddings come through word of mouth and personal recommendation. We have arranged over 1700 weddings so far. On our photo gallery page you will see a selection of photographs of some of our weddings for the last few summers. This page is updated regularly during the summer season. We have an attention to detail that comes only from first hand experience of weddings in Italy. We arrange weddings for British and International couples wishing to celebrate their marriage in one of our spectacular locations. We will take all the hard work out of getting married in Italy, and leave you to enjoy your day. We have expert knowledge of Italy, particularly Lake Garda, the practicalities of marrying in Italy, local customs and an eye for detail that will ensure your wedding runs smoothly. The team at LGW did everything and more from the first contact to the day itself. It was lovely having a local friendly face to make everything run smoothly in Deborah. The florist, hairdresser and staff at the Paradiso Perduto were absolutely welcoming and the perfect choice. The paperwork before the day is quite a regime. We would not have got through without the professional abilities of the Lake Garda Weddings staff. Gwen was a delight to take photographs, putting us totally at ease. We can not thank you enough for giving us the perfect day. The Hotel we chose from LGW recommendations was the Hotel Castello Lakefront and we must mention this is a fabulous hotel with lovely staff who made us and our guests so very welcome. We will call in to your office next time we visit the beautiful Malcesine, hopefully soon. Love to you all.

A Dream Come True at Lake Garda, Despite the Rain From the bottom of our hearts, we want to extend our immense gratitude to Deborah and Gwen for making our wedding experience nothing short of magical at Lake Garda.
From our very first interaction, Deborah's warmth and meticulous attention to detail were evident. She went above and beyond to ensure not only that our day was flawless but also that every family member felt comfortable and attended to. Her ability to coordinate and manage every aspect of our wedding with such grace under pressure was nothing short of amazing.
Ironically, the unexpected turn in the weather, with rain showers sweeping in, only added to the unique charm of our special day. Thanks to the team’s flexibility and creativity, what could have been a setback turned into beautiful, unique moments that enriched our ceremony and left us with unforgettable memories. Captured perfectly, Gwen’s photography was simply amazing. Each photo she captured tells a story, with emotion and the breathtaking backdrop of Lake Garda. Her skill in using the natural light, even on a stormy day, managed to highlight the romance and joy of our wedding, creating a stunning visual narrative that we will treasure forever.
A special mention must go to Luisa Marangoni, whose brilliant wedding service extra sparkle to our day. It cannot go unsaid that we could not have imagined pulling off such a successful and heartfelt event without Deborah. Her commitment and love for what she does shone through every minute of our big day. She is truly the backbone of Lake Garda Weddings, and any couple would be lucky to have her as their planner. Lake Garda weddings were everything we could have ever dreamed of and more. They created our dream day from start to finish, the whole process was so organised and detailed, yet relaxed and enjoyable. They are complete experts at what they do. We can’t put in to words how good our wedding was, if you’re thinking about booking, do it, and if you’ve already booked, enjoy it! Our guests couldn’t believe how great Deborah was on the day, she made sure everything was perfect and her attention to detail meant everything went smoothly. Gwen created the most beautiful photographs for us and the way Gwen, Christina and Deborah work seamlessly together just adds to the day. We had our reception at La Voglia with the DJ & Sax, which again, was perfect. The welcome meeting when you arrive in Malcesine sets you up perfectly for the day and gives you all the information you need! We didn’t want the day to end and we can’t wait to return to Malcesine, we can’t recommend having your wedding here enough and LGW are the best in the business to plan it through!

We can’t speak highly enough of Lake Garda Weddings for the amazing service they provided for our wedding in September 2024 in Malcesine. Christina, Gwen, and Deborah were all so helpful, friendly and responsive to any questions we had, which made us feel at ease throughout the planning. We were sent a spreadsheet and documents with so much information to help choose what we wanted for our day, you can then tailor this to your budget and preferences making it simple and straightforward. The Welcome Meeting was pre-booked and ensured we were fully comfortable with the structure of our big day from start to finish. The day itself couldn’t have been any more perfect, and our family and friends all praised LGW for the organisation and smooth running of the day. La Voglia was the best place for our evening reception, the food was incredible and many guests were still raving about it on our return home. We had the DJ & Sax playing - who was a fab addition to our celebrations. We just wish we could have the day all over again. Malcesine is such a beautiful location and we can’t wait to return. We highly recommend both LGW and Malcesine for your wedding!

I can't recommend Lake Garda weddings (LGW) enough! Deborah and Gwen have been amazing throughout the whole wedding planning process. They made me feel so at ease, and I know I have not been the easiest bride to work! (my husband described me regularly as a bridezilla!)

We had so much communication throughout the process and LGW talked us through each part and what to expect. Nothing that I asked for was ever too much, & we always had a speedy response to all my many questions.

A stand out to me was how fantastic LGW were with our son and really included him, and worked with us as we started our family whilst planning for our perfect big day!

We went to visit prior to the big day, LGW had so many amazing recommendations from where to eat, places to visit & even where to get our sons birthday cake! Deborah walked us round the whole of Malcesine introducing us to the florist, restaurant etc. this was such a lovely personal touch.

Then FINALLY the big day itself!
Everything was perfect, it all came together exactly like my pinterest board! Years of planning with the best team all paid off. LGW handled everything so me and my husband could just take in our special day surrounded by our loved ones. Gwen did our photos are I am just in awe at how perfectly she captured our day. Memories we will treasure forever!

So if you are looking to get married in Lake Garda, we can not recommend LGW enough! They have really perfected their craft beautifully. The best wedding planning team there is!

Malcesine has our heart, and we will definitely be back to catch up with LGW

Planning our wedding with Gwen, Deborah & Christina was so easy and honestly no stress at all, as the team were always easy to contact with quick responses over email for any & all questions. The whole process running up to the day was simple to prepare as you can see everything is well organised & explained across the various forms.
On the big day, we had a NIGHTMARE with the weather, with a huge storm unfortunately coming in meaning the day couldn't go exactly as planned - but thank god for Christina, Gwen & Deborah who made everything feel less stressful in a VERY stressful situation. We ended up having the wedding inside at Malcesine castle because of the wind and the venue was done up beautifully by the florist. We also couldn't take our boat trip as planned so the team quickly organised taxis for all the wedding party instead.
We had our reception at La Voglia and it was the perfect choice, right on the lake front with our own exclusive use of space. The six course meal was PHENOMENAL with all our guests remarking it was the best food they'd ever had at a wedding.
The DJ & Sax as our evening entertainment created a great atmosphere on the separate dance floor area, the songs he chose suited us perfectly & used our suggestions on what we did or did not like.
Overall I would do it all over again and would 100% recommend the team to anyone looking to get married in Lake Garda, particularly in Malcesine.

Review
We were married in the castle at Malcesine in September 2024 and the day was everything that we imagined and more. Malcesine is a beautiful town and we, along with our guests, were blown away by the dramatic setting – Perfect for our small wedding.
When we initially saw the castle online, we were hesitant to book, (We hadn’t seen the venue in real life, were LGW an actual company or am I corresponding with a bot!) but the entire process was made incredibly simple due to the professionalism of Gwen, Deborah and Christina. At every point where our action was required we were contacted by the team and every request for paperwork etc was dealt with efficiently and with minimal fuss.
On arrival in Malcesine we had a meeting arranged with Christina and Gwen to talk final arrangements and photography and we were given a tour of the venues (The castle, La Voglia) and final paperwork in the town hall. The wonderful Christina was our guide, translator and general trouble-shooter for the entire wedding day from prior to the ceremony until mid-evening and the day passed perfectly. The food at La Voglia was fantastic and the team at the restaurant accommodated our guests with great courtesy.
Gwen handled all of the photography with great humour and patience and the photos are amazing, despite my appearance in many of them!
All in all it was the most perfect day – Many thanks to Gwen, Deborah and Christina for all their efforts in arranging and making it so.

It's so picturesque that I couldn't describe it to anyone; you have to visit the place to believe it. Everyone wants to return next year for a holiday, including us, if possible. If we do, we will definitely pop in to catch up with you.

Thank you so much for attending our wedding and being our chaperone for the day. You were amazing, and nothing was too much trouble. You made the day run smoothly and stress-free, and we couldn't have wished for anything better. The comments from all the guests made us so proud of our well-organized wedding day.

We have put a review on your website. Could you please send our special thanks also to all the other people involved, wedding cake,catering, the boat trip, the lakeside canapés and a lovely thank you to the florist who did us proud with all her artistic creations, so many lovely comments from everybody on the whole wedding, you did us so proud.

When we did the marriage license, the registrar commented on how organized your forms were, which made it a lot easier for everyone, as different countries need different templates.
This obviously shows how professional your company is and couldn't be more prouder to recommend you.

THE MOST MAGICAL PLACE TO GET MARRIED & THE BEST TEAM LAKE GARDA WEDDINGS!

We got married at Malcesine Castle on the 26th May 2024 and I honestly do not even have words other than it was PERFECT. From the minute we booked our wedding through Lake Garda Weddings, Deborah, Gwen & Kristina are there to answer every single question, worry you might have towards to the wedding, please if you are worried about getting married abroad and not being there to organise it DON’T BE WORRIED! Deborah, Gwen & Kristina think about everything you need and could possibly want in a wedding I had lots of questions leading up to us arriving and no question was a bother and it is answered so quickly always the same day you send the email! We used Gwen as our photographer and the photos are absolutely beautiful and went through with us before the day what sort of photos we would like as we wanted very natural ones not too posed and Gwen you just got them perfect, especially as we bought a massive group of 90 people with us so getting group photos was a little hectic but the photos are great! Kristina was with us for the whole day of our wedding and again thank you so much for keeping everything running smoothly with our big group of 90 people, honestly all my family and friends are still talking about how incredible the day was and was one of the best weddings they have ever been too. We had our reception at La Voglia which was perfect as we had quite a lot of children so there was plenty of room for them to run about. The team at La Voglia & Kristina set up everything perfectly and had the tables looking just how I wanted them, and I can honestly say the food was incredible, everyone kept saying how delicious it was. Then in the evening we had DJ & SAX player and oh my goodness he was insane the dance floor was packed for the whole evening so so good!!

Honestly thank you Lake Garda Weddings for the most magical day we will definitely be back soon, how could we not return to the most magical place ever!!
