After an incredible year, we are very excited to throw last Release Disco's party of the year in Milan.

Our party is not the last one EVER, as more exciting projects are to come.

Therefore, Kaprice and Bakry are inviting you to this special event, next Wednesday, the 13th of April.

From groovy afrobeat to underground italodisco, while visiting some classics of disco house music, we will be playing the finest tunes for you to enjoy!

**SAM RUFFILLO FOR RELEASE DISCO - THURSDAY 24TH OF MARCH**

Release Disco is absolutely thrilled to be hosting Sam Ruffillo, who is part of Toy Tonics, the famous Berlin-based record label, and one of our favourite rising DJ.

Sam Ruffillo is an italian producer and DJ based in Bologna. He quickly built a solid reputation, mainly thanks to the few EPs released on Toy Tonics.

Acknowledged by references of disco house music like Purple Disco Machine, Folamour, Gerd Janson or Pete Tong, he draws inspiration from genres such as jazz, afro funk, soul and disco.

On Thursday 24th of March, Sam Ruffillo will be electrifying Superlove’s dancefloor from 1AM.

Come and enjoy with us this special night with our exclusive guest who will make you love disco music even more.

Our very first mixtape cooked with love by our talented friend Hugo

Hugo La Couette first discovered mixing because he liked the open-mindedness of his military school’s electronic music association and the vibe of non-pretentious boogeying to punchy beats. His musical taste flows in phases varying from electronica, disco, house all the way to trancey love tunes, but always follows a certain idea he has of the inner warmth and love music can bring on the dancefloor. He’d like to bring sets as quilts (‘couette’ in french) snuggly covering dancing bodies in the dark, where warmth and love can be felt and expressed, be it only for a few half-decent songs in the dirty basement of a cheap bar.

**Moplen at Release Disco**

Vinyl ju**ie, DJ and remixer fron Bergamo, Luca () aka Moplen has put out remixes out on crucial labels in the disco-edits scene such as GAMM, BBE, LUMBERJACKS IN HELL, seminal house music labels like HENRY STREET MUSIC and SOULFURIC and iconic disco labels like SALSOUL and TK RECORDS.

He remixed tracks by Candi Staton, Frankie Knuckles, First Choice, Salsoul Orchestra to name a few.
His multitrack remixes show his distinctive style in revising classic cuts for the modern dancefloor without ruining the original vibe.

In the last few years his remixes have been increasingly supported by world class djs and key figures in the music scene like Dimitri From Paris, Gilles Peterson, Craig Charles, Glenn Underground, and many others.

We're delighted to have Luca playing at Release Disco this Thursday, and we can not wait to share the dancefloor with you for this unique djing experience.

**RELEASE DISCO - MOPLEN + KAPRICE & BAKRY - Thursday 25.11 (MILAN MUSIC WEEK)**

As part of the Milano Music Week, Release Disco is very excited to be hosting a very special guest at Superlove : the prolific producer and selector, MOPLEN!

Italian DJ, producer and remixer, MOPLEN is mainly known for his multitrack remixes of disco and house classics, a talent that has been recognized by some of the greatest house music DJs like Danny Krivit, Louie Vega and many more…

For the first part of the evening, Release Disco's co-founders KAPRICE & BAKRY will be sharing the booth with a very eclectic style of worldwide disco and electronic music.

In Milan on Thursday, they will be taking you on a voyage through soul, funk & disco sounds that will keep you dancing till 4 am.
