Dear Tommaso I hope this email find you well. First I would like to thank you for the opportunity to meet yourself and your colleagues last Sunday when our aircraft come through Olbia.
This was particularly beneficial when our lead guest wanted to know exactly where our catering had come from & I could inform her that I had personally met with you, visited your kitchen e oversow part of the catering preparation.
The feedback from our guests onboard was very positive.
The duck and the risotto antree's were particularly popular and it was very clear that good quality fresh ingredients had been used throughout.
Being unable to resist the temptation to taste some of the dishes, I can also confirm their feedback! I have also feedback to our own inflight services department, that should we have the pleasure of visiting Olbia again, I wouldn't hesitate in using your catering company again.
