Welcome to our culinary tour of this fascinating region of central Italy. With many sites and traditions dating back centuries to Etruscan times, Nikki Booth will be introducing you to her second home and sharing her passion for food whilst offering a unique insight into the produce of this often overlooked part of the country. The course will be based in Orvieto, a medieval town of ultimate charm

and character, built on a volcanic massif. From here, guests will explore some of the local area during the day and will learn how to work with its ingredients. Evenings will be spent enjoying the diversity of some of the best epicurean destinations of the town, gaining an understanding of how entertaining combines with food in this part of Italy.
