Intense Ruby Color. Wide and elegant bouquet of ripe fruit and spices, with a slight hint of vanilla. Persistent and warm taste, enveloping and velvety.
Irresistible with the Risotto al Bugiardo and the Brasato, the Red Meats on the Brace, the typical Veronese Bollito, the Formaggio di Media and Lunga Maturing.

The dried grapes are vinified in November and macerated for 20 days in contact with the skins. Assembling the wine obtained from dried grapes with the one that has been revised. Aging: Maturation in 750l oak tonneau for 12 months. Aging in bottle for 6 months before marketing
