Great success for the Pantheon in Rome! It has been the most visited monument in Italy during the the recent holiday season. With its original doors, ancient granite columns, majestic interior dome and the Oculus it’s among the best monuments in Rome. Perfectly preserved since it was rebuilt by Emperor Hadrian in 125 AD, it was first constructed in 27 BC as a temple to Venus and Mars but became a church in the seventh century.
Admission to this great work of Italian architecture is free.

In the main thermal bath of San Casciano dei Bagni (Siena in Tuscany region), 24 bronzes came to light after two thousand years.
The Sacred Bath of Bagno Grande (dated between II b.C and I a.C) is the biggest thermal sanctuary of the ancient Etruscan-Roman era. Its extraodinary peculiarity is that many statues have inscriptions, ad dedications to divinities, in both languages; Etruscan and Latin.
According to these founds we can rewrite the dialectic and the relations between Etruscan and Romans.
After a careful restoration, the precious statues will be exposed at the Scuderie del Quirinale museum of Rome.
