Our Open Mic Night allows you complete freedom of expression, whether you want to perform on your own, with friends or with other musicians you meet that night. Play, sing, read a poetry, act… there are no limits! It’s a great opportunity to show us your talent, improve your skills and meet new artists! In some venues we’re allowed to use the drums, so we provide them as well. In one venue we have
a piano. If you have a backing track, bring your iPod or USB drive and we’ll connect it right to our computer. Check out the single events for more information about the instrumentation – of course, if you want to bring your own guitar, bass, violin, etc., we’ll have it connected to our P.A. system in no time! Be yourself. Be creative! If you’re a professional musician – great. We’ve hosted prominent people such as John Peter Sloan (Instant English) and Joy Villa, who recently was one of the cover stories of this year’s Grammy Awards. But if you you’re just getting started with music, the Open Mic is the perfect environment to practice your performance on stage. Take advantage of the many musicians who are there and that can give you great advice on how to improve! There is no competition, no judging, it’s all about sharing and having a great time! // Lo nostra Serata dell’Open Mic ti permette di esprimerti in totale libertà, sia che tu voglia esibirti da solo, sia con amici o altri musicisti incontrati in quella serata. Suonare, cantare, leggere poesie, recitare… non c’è alcun limite! E’ una grande opportunità per mostrarci il tuo talento, migliorare le tue doti e conoscere nuovi artisti! Mettiamo a disposizione ogni chitarra e il basso. In alcune sedi è permesso l’utilizzo della batteria, per cui sarà anch’essa a disposizione. In due sedi abbiamo il pianoforte (buon piano elettrico pesato, versatile anche su altri suoni particolari). Se hai una base che vuoi utilizzare porta il tuo lettore o iPod oppure una penna USB e li collegheremo al nostro computer.
