FOURTH EDITION IN ALTAROMA OFFICIAL CALENDAR AT EX CASERMA GUIDO RENI - 2020 January 24 - A mystical common thread joins Fashion with Beauty. The following designers are presenting their couture collections: Abiddikkia, Barocqo Jewelry, Marcela de Cala, Missaki Couture and Natasha Pavluchenko. In opening of the International Couture Fashion Show a tribute to the city of Tursi-Matera and to Maria di Anglona is honored by the Polish designer Natasha Pavluchenko presenting her collection entitled "Maria Anglona", testimony of how history influences and drives fashion. Natasha Pavluchenko was struck by the beauty of the Virgin of Anglona who transmitted spirituality, faith and energy to her. Giovanna Mandarano's A’biddikkia designer, confirms the DNA of her Brand always linked to the Mediterranean taste and influenced by her beloved Panarea, her couture collection entitled "The Rebirth of Fashion" is a succession of colourful clothes with the addition of details evocative to the Baroque style. Missaki Couture, from Lebanon makes dreaming the odalisques along with “Cyra”, its beauty and colours are the source for his inspiration which also becomes the title of Missak Farassian couture collection presented at International Couture. The celestial Jewels of Baroqco with the collection "Stairways to Heaven" elevate the soul of the woman who wears those Jewels and in conclusion the “Vieira” collection by the designer Marcela de Calainspired by the myths and stories of the famous Vieira of Santiago de Compostela. The look of the models is made for the make-up by the Face Place Academy by Pablo - Art director Gil Cagné, for hairstyles by Professional Sebastian under the artistic direction of Giovanni Salerno, the shoes for International Couture catwalk are Rugantino by Alessi & Alessi.
THIRD EDITION IN ALTAROMA OFFICIAL CALENDAR AT PRATIBUS DISTRICT - 2019 July 5th - The third edition of "International Couture" Fashion Show organized by the Italian Lebanese Cultural Institute (ICIL) which pays specific attention to fashion & art, presented, under the Patronage of the Embassy of Lebanon in Italy, the concepts of designers who crossed the Mediterranean to show their creations in ALTAROMA official calendar at Pratibus district, on July 5th, 2019. Opening the “International Couture” Fashion Show was the “Sevan” collection presented by Lebanese designer Missak Farassian. Sevan is a collection that exhibits couture through embroideries and tells the beauty of lake Sevan, a large Lake in eastern Armenia. Missaki Couture was followed by the splendour and the magnificence of Jewels through “The Beauty Within” presented by BaroQco. “The Beauty Within” has been shown on the International Couture catwalk along with Natasha Pavluchenko “Neo-Couture”evening gowns. Italy time with Emmealcubo, on catwalk dresses with rigorous and architectural lines contrasting with organic shapes which reveals the designer's personality, Valentina Santilli. An essential elegance collection called “Archiabito shown on catwalk along with an architectural connotation twisted by the special Evolution Patty B bag created by Patrizia Mattoni. Crossing Asia, Indian designer Sweta Agrawalwith her brand “A Humming Way” that means a fashion route waiting to be explored. “Nymph of the Woods” is the collection presented by the brand on the Altaroma catwalk, an earthy collection with colours as soothing as the fragrance of the first rains, woody, musky and raw mosses spread around as if fresh out of the Greek forest. Back to Italy and this time from the heart of Sicily, A'biddikkia is a young and dynamic company that is on the market with the creation and the distribution of clothes and accessories. A’biddikkia is a Sicilian adjective which means the nice, the pretty one. For these reasonsGiovanna Mandarano, a talented designer, pays tribute to her Sicily and to the Aeolian Islands in particular, where her brand was born presenting on the Altaroma catwalk the collection “My Panarea”. Closing the International Couture Fashion Show, the “Pearl of the Far East” collection presented by Patrick Pham promptly from Paris to Altaroma catwalk. Twenty-one Haute Couture dresses from handmade textile materials of Vietnam's most famous weaving villages, along with handmade accessories made by artisans from Hue – the Imperial city of the Nguyen Dynasty of Vietnam. SECOND EDITION IN ALTAROMA OFFICIAL CALENDAR - 2019 JANUARY 27th at PRATIBUS DISTRICT - The Italo-Lebanese Cultural Institute (ICIL) presented "International Couture Fashion Show" introduced in ALTAROMA FASHION HUB calendar on January 27th - 6:30 P.M. in Prati Bus District official location. The "International Couture" fashion show at its second edition and shown a collective of 4 International designers carefully selected by ICIL. Young and talented who came from different countries, some revealed their cultures and presented on Altaroma’s catwalk real tailoring masterpieces achieved according to couture’s diktats. Evening gowns made by rich fabrics heightened with embroideries. International Couture is created and organized by ICIL Advisor Maria Christina Rigano. In this second edition of International Couture on catwalk the collections of designers Daniela Danesi - Kartikeya - Thaher Baqer and Tahani Alotaibi. FIRST EDITION JUNE 2018 - IN ALTAROMA CALENDAR AT “SET ROMA ANTICA” CINECITTA’- 2018 June 30th. International couture Fashion Show ended with great success, over a thousand of people were there to admire the catwalk organized by the Italian-Lebanese Cultural Institute, under the Patronage of the Embassy of Lebanon in Italy and during the Roman Fashion Week, Alta Roma in the prestigious "Set Roma Antica" at Cinecittà studios. The "International Couture" fashion show was a collective exhibition of International and Italian designers, some of them have already taken part in the past editions in Alta Roma calendar and others came from the catwalks of the Monte-Carlo Fashion Week to show their last creations at International Couture Fashion Show. The designers have crossed the Mediterranean and came from Beirut, from Moscow, from Milan and from Lucca without forgetting the historical Palermo, the Royal Naples and the Imperial Rome. All of them arrived in Alta Roma. On catwalk, for June 2018 edition: Abed Mahfouz, Daniela Danesi, Bailiss, Silvia Nobili, Paola Filippone, Emilio Ricci, Sofia Alemani, Giusy Donini Giujoux.
