Serena and Alberto’s wedding was made by planning everything from scratch.⁠
⁠
The ceramics made by the bride blended with the art of Sardinian ceramist Walter Usai and the wild flowers, napkins with embroidered helichrysum (the bride’s favorite flower) and handmade plates and underplates were the perfect ensemble for a unique and unmistakable table setting 🤍🍃⁠

Vuoi sapere qual è la sfida più grande del realizzare ON SITE matrimoni straordinari? ⁠👇🏻

Un Team, straordinario. Perché i matrimoni “quelli grossi” non si organizzano da soli. ⁠

Non è sempre facile far percepire agli sposi il perché servano tante persone per gestire un evento. Sono un costo, è vero. Ma sono anche il vero motore, dell’evento stesso. Sono quelle figure che si muovono discrete dietro le quinte per far si che ogni dettaglio sia al posto giusto, al momento giusto. Che i segnaposto corrispondano alla pianta, facendo i cambi dell’ultimo momento. Che i vostri ospiti trovino la strada giusta, che entrino in chiesa o si accomodino a cena, al momento giusto.⁠
Vengono guidati dal wedding staff nei vari momenti, assicurandosi che siano intorno a voi al taglio della torta (e che ci siano tutti, testimoni e genitori compresi!). Che il FLOW dell’evento sia dinamico, organizzato e fluido. ⁠
Tutto questo, non lo possono fare i fornitori, non lo può fare il Wedding Planner, che è dedicato a voi sposi.⁠
⁠
E formare e motivare un eccellente è uno dei lavori più impegnativi, ma anche quello che rende un Team straordinario bello da vedere e incredibilmente bravo nel suo lavoro, rendendo “facili” anche i matrimoni più sfidanti.⁠
