In Umbria, fall is the season in which families and groups gather together (just like we at La Baita do) to harvest the olives. Olives ready for cracking and oil extraction to create liquid gold... affectionately called 'Olio Nuovo' in the region.

All if this happens in the midst of our olive groves, in the Umbrian hillside. Just one more reason to come and visit Umbria... to come and stay at La Baita ✨️✨️
