Tableau de mariage

The tableau de mariage is an important element of a wedding setup.
It comes from France, where at the beginning of the twentieth century it was the bride's father's job to welcome the guests into the banquet room, leading them to the tables assigned to them. A practice that soon led to small logistical problems, especially when the guests were numerous. It was therefore decided to replace this role with a real poster, handwritten or printed, placed in the entrance of the room to indicate to guests where to seat.
Since then, the tableau de mariage has spread throughout the world, becoming a real protagonist of the setting. It is usually placed in the aperitif area or at the entrance to the room set up for lunch or dinner.
There are a few simple rules for choosing your tableau:

- It must be in line with the chosen theme;
- Must respect the chosen style;
- It must be in harmony with the color palette chosen for the fittings.

The wedding tableau is in fact considered part of the settings up and for this reason it must be in harmony with everything else.

Piedmont is our favorite place!

Langhe-Roero & Monferrato Unesco sites.
On 22 June 2014 Langhe, Roero and Monferrato were elevated to World Heritage sites. The landscape of the central hills of Piedmont has been recognized by UNESCO as a cultural landscape of exceptional beauty, characterized by an ancient historical tradition linked to the cultivation of vines and a true "wine culture", deeply rooted in the community.

Paola & Antonio have chosen Monferrato to celebrate an intimate wedding. Villa Prato welcomed their guests for two days and we organized their wedding and their guests' stay in every detail.

Il Piemonte è il nostro luogo del cuore!

Il 22 giugno 2014 Langhe, Roero e Monferrato sono stati elevati a beni patrimonio dell’Umanità. Il paesaggio delle colline centrali del Piemonte è stato riconosciuto dall’Unesco come paesaggio culturale di eccezionale bellezza, caratterizzato da una tradizione storica antica legata alla coltura della vite e a una vera e propria “cultura del vino”, profondamente radicata nella comunità.

Paola & Antonio hanno scelto il Monferrato per festeggiare un matrimonio intimo. Villa Prato ha accolto per due giorni i loro ospiti e noi abbiamo organizzato il loro matrimonio ed il soggiorno dei loro invitati in ogni dettaglio.

e di tutti gli altri
e dipingere col pensiero i tuoi occhi
se non avrò vicino,
per un attimo però, per un attimo,
ricorda, di più non potrò.

Se pensate che il momento clou della cerimonia sia lo scambio degli anelli, vi sbagliate di grosso: la vera attesa è rivolta all'attimo in cui, guardandovi negli occhi, pronuncerete le promesse di matrimonio. Le promesse sono infatti uno dei momenti più emozionanti della funzione, sia essa religiosa o civile, secondo solo all'ingresso della sposa.

La poesia è di un nostro sposo... e neanche a dirlo, noi come tutti gli ospiti ci siamo emozionate tantissimo!!
