It's a wrap! What a wonderful end to an incredibly busy season of fabulous weddings 🤵👰💍❤️

We really finished with a bang yesterday with 180 guests - a blend of Polish and Irish friends and family, the bride's family forming a choir to sing the most beautiful Psalm a capella, in her native Polish, and a concert pianist with 7 piece orchestra providing the ceremony music for this beautiful couple 🎶🎹

The wedding day started with a romantic sunrise drive from Cannes to the chateau where our lovely couple exchanged vows beneath a lush floral arch of white, blush, and soft sand roses combined with masses of delicate baby’s breath. A stunning mirrored aisle, lined with fluffy floral clouds, led the way to the altar positively shimmering in the beautiful, summer sunshine.

Lauren wore a stunning sheer long-sleeve gown and carried a gorgeous bouquet of roses and orchids in soft white, sand, and blush hues, perfectly complementing Callum’s light tan suit.

Diana was the perfect addition to our magical day. She took so much time getting to know and understand me and my husband so that the ceremony was perfect and unique to us! We didn't get to meet this gorgeous couple in person until the day itself because they live in Switzerland, and booked us during lockdown but we had numerous ceremony planning and design meetings on Zoom to refine everything beforehand.

How we've missed these destination weddings!

Many of our Chinese brides over the years have chosen traditional English weddings at castles, historic homes and English country gardens, while including traditional Chinese elements such as tea ceremonies. For others, the focus is on the theatre, drama and staged photography, invariably with a commanding crew of photographers and videographers flown in from China. 📷📸📽🎬

But Enson and Vivien were different. They were meticulous in their ceremony planning and preparation and asked for three run throughs to practice their vows, both on the day, and the day before, and still asked me to speak slowly and carefully so that they understood every word of their bespoke ceremony. This beautiful film captures the pure emotion and sincerity of the couple.

We can't wait to witness more of these stunning weddings for overseas couples 🤵👰💍💒✈🎎

"We were first introduced to Diana, Grace the Day, in October 2020 at Cheltenham’s 131 and were immediately taken by her gentle nature.

Unfortunately, covid robbed us of our wedding day (again) but we were so taken by Diana’s warmth and compassion, we asked her to join us at our 6th attempt at getting married at Dewsall Court.

Diana put such detail and thought into preparing our service. After each meeting, we were left feeling so excited.

When the day finally came, Diana delivered a beautiful ceremony that painted the perfect picture of our relationship and made all our guests feel like an integral part of our day.

After the wedding, I have had so many comments about how lovely and personal our ceremony was. It was my favourite part of our day and something I will treasure forever.

- with our spring and summer weddings and 2 years of postponed ones all now safely delivered, we went into autumn weddings in style last weekend.

Peter and Amy's celebrations had also been postponed so there was much relief and happiness when they finally got to celebrate with all the friends and family who couldn't attend their micro wedding in May 2020. Who doesn't love a kilted groom?

We've had some glorious outdoor ceremonies this year but this one was a very special, deeply personal, family affair held on the bride's parent's farm in Somerset 🚜🍏🍎📚

With some beautiful personal touches - flowers grown by the bride's mother and styled by her aunt, confetti cones made from pages of one of the books written by the bride - a published author...
....We feel a blog coming on!
