Assecondare le richieste del cliente

Nel nostro lavoro è importante trovare con i propri clienti il feeling giusto.
Occorre rispettare il punto di vista del cliente, ovviamente non bisogna mai perdere il proprio focus e modo di fare foto.
Mathias e Vanessa li conosciamo attraverso una costante corrispondenza via mail che porta fino al matrimonio.
Il loro desiderio era quello di vedere le foto prima di concederci l’autorizzazione a pubblicare e, sebbene per noi mostrare alle coppie il nostro lavoro è importante, abbiamo accettato perché capiamo quanto sia importante la privacy.
In fondo stiamo parlando di sentimenti e momenti intimi.
Il nostro lavoro per la coppia era quello di fare foto durante il pizza party il giorno prima del matrimonio e dedicarci a scattare foto nel giorno del matrimonio.
Un altro desiderio della coppia era vivere in tranquillità i due giorni, rimanendo quanto più possibile con i loro invitati.
Avendo anche un bimbo piccolo i tempi non potevano essere molto serrati o impostati.
Abbiamo quindi scelto la via del reportage puro senza quasi mai interferire, se non in due occasioni in cui tenevamo particolarmente, ovvero scattare foto di coppia nell’ora giusta, per non snaturare il nostro stile fotografico.
Non vedrete qui sotto molte foto di persone perché abbiamo rispettato l’idea della coppia di tutelare gli ospiti, ma vi assicuriamo che è stato davvero un matrimonio festoso e partecipato.

Accommodating customer requests
In our work, it's important to establish the right rapport with our clients. We need to respect the client's perspective, of course, without ever losing our own focus and style of photography. We got to know Mathias and Vanessa through constant email correspondence leading up to the wedding. Their wish was to see the photos before granting us permission to publish them, and although showing our work to couples is important to us, we agreed because we understand how important privacy is. After all, we're talking about feelings and intimate moments. Our job for the couple was to take photos during the pizza party the day before the wedding and focus on taking photos on the wedding day.
Another desire of the couple was to enjoy the two days in tranquility, staying with their guests as much as possible. Having a small child as well, the timing couldn't be too tight or structured. We, therefore, chose the path of pure reportage, almost never interfering, except on two occasions that were particularly important to us, namely taking couple photos at the right time, so as not to detract from our photographic style.
You won't see many photos of people here because we respected the couple's idea of protecting their guests, but we assure you it was truly a lively and engaging wedding.
