Assecondare le richieste del cliente

Nel nostro lavoro è importante trovare con i propri clienti il feeling giusto.
Occorre rispettare il punto di vista del cliente, ovviamente non bisogna mai perdere il proprio focus e modo di fare foto.
Mathias e Vanessa li conosciamo attraverso una costante corrispondenza via mail che porta fino al matrimonio.
Il loro desiderio era quello di vedere le foto prima di concederci l’autorizzazione a pubblicare e, sebbene per noi mostrare alle coppie il nostro lavoro è importante, abbiamo accettato perché capiamo quanto sia importante la privacy.
In fondo stiamo parlando di sentimenti e momenti intimi.
Il nostro lavoro per la coppia era quello di fare foto durante il pizza party il giorno prima del matrimonio e dedicarci a scattare foto nel giorno del matrimonio.
Un altro desiderio della coppia era vivere in tranquillità i due giorni, rimanendo quanto più possibile con i loro invitati.
Avendo anche un bimbo piccolo i tempi non potevano essere molto serrati o impostati.
Abbiamo quindi scelto la via del reportage puro senza quasi mai interferire, se non in due occasioni in cui tenevamo particolarmente, ovvero scattare foto di coppia nell’ora giusta, per non snaturare il nostro stile fotografico.
Non vedrete qui sotto molte foto di persone perché abbiamo rispettato l’idea della coppia di tutelare gli ospiti, ma vi assicuriamo che è stato davvero un matrimonio festoso e partecipato.

Accommodating customer requests
In our work, it's important to establish the right rapport with our clients. We need to respect the client's perspective, of course, without ever losing our own focus and style of photography. We got to know Mathias and Vanessa through constant email correspondence leading up to the wedding. Their wish was to see the photos before granting us permission to publish them, and although showing our work to couples is important to us, we agreed because we understand how important privacy is. After all, we're talking about feelings and intimate moments. Our job for the couple was to take photos during the pizza party the day before the wedding and focus on taking photos on the wedding day.
Another desire of the couple was to enjoy the two days in tranquility, staying with their guests as much as possible. Having a small child as well, the timing couldn't be too tight or structured. We, therefore, chose the path of pure reportage, almost never interfering, except on two occasions that were particularly important to us, namely taking couple photos at the right time, so as not to detract from our photographic style.
You won't see many photos of people here because we respected the couple's idea of protecting their guests, but we assure you it was truly a lively and engaging wedding.

Ascoltare le coppie è la chiave per la personalizzazione di un servizio

Quando le coppie arrivano in studio da noi ascoltiamo molto le loro esigenze.
Giulia ci seguiva già da un pò. Lei è una micro influencer, innamorata dei viaggio e delle belle foto. Fabio più riservato, ma è ottimo compagno di viaggio e abile fotografo. Ama soprattutto immortalare i viaggi con Giulia e lei in ogni cornice del mondo.
Con Giulia e Fabio è scattata subito la sintonia.
La loro proposta di nozze arriva in Francia a Parigi, motivo per il quale abbiamo deciso di partire insieme a loro per raccontare questo aspetto della loro storia.
Il nostro modo di lavorare non si basa solo sul matrimonio, ma su tanti aspetti che portano le coppie ad arrivare fin lì.
Siamo racconta storie e amiamo personalizzare ogni aspetto del nostro racconto. Solo così riusciamo a dare quel tocco in più ad ogni storia.
E la cosa più bella è mostrare il lavoro finito, perché vedere la felicità delle coppie è il nostro più grande orgoglio.

Listening to couples is key to personalizing a service.
When couples visit our studio, we pay close attention to their needs. Giulia had been following us for some time. She's a micro-influencer who loves travel and beautiful photos. Fabio is more reserved, but he's a great travel companion and a skilled photographer. He particularly enjoys capturing their travels with Giulia in various destinations around the world.
There was an immediate rapport with Giulia and Fabio. Their wedding proposal came in Paris, France, which is why we decided to join them to document this part of their story.
Our approach isn't solely focused on the wedding itself but on the various aspects that lead couples to that moment. We tell stories and take pride in personalizing every aspect of our narrative. This is how we're able to add that extra touch to each story.
And the most rewarding part is showcasing the finished work because seeing the joy of the couples is our greatest source of pride.

FOTO E VIDEO PROFESSIONALI IN UN UNICO STUDIO

Fin dal primo incontro, ci siamo sentite connesse con questa splendida coppia, intraprendendo un viaggio emozionante nella loro storia d'amore.
Grazie al nostro modo accogliente e con la nostra sensibilità abbiamo accolto Iris e Rossana nel nostro studio.
Loro avevano già dato un acconto ad un altro fotografo perché non ci conoscevano ancora. Quindi il primo incontro era solo destinato alla presentazione dei nostri video. Di solito non lavoriamo con tutti gli studi fotografici, quando ci occupiamo del solo video, soprattutto quando l’altro studio ha un’altra impronta fotografica diversa.
Amiamo spiegare tutti i pro e contro dello scegliere due studi diversi, anche se questo comporta perdere il cliente. Pensiamo che l’onestà ripaghi sempre.
Iris e Rossana hanno subito compreso e appena hanno visto la parte fotografica non hanno avuto nessun dubbio. Hanno deciso di perdere la caparra e affidare l’intero servizio a noi, concedendosi anche un post wedding sia fotografico che videografico.
E’ iniziato così il nostro cammino con Iris e Rossana. Sono susseguite delle cene in cui ci siamo raccontate a vicenda, dove abbiamo rafforzato la sintonia e il giorno del matrimonio ci siamo sentite dentro la loro storia.
Conoscere le dinamiche è veramente importante perché sai come affrontare la giornata. E per dinamiche non intendiamo ogni cosa che avverrà, ma dei rapporti familiari, del temperamento degli amici ecc. Amiamo le sorprese, ma conoscendo le dinamiche del matrimonio conosciamo perfettamente come andare a rappresentare una storia.
E 10 volte su 10 la coppia rimane pienamente soddisfatta.

ELOPEMENT

L’ Elopement è un rituale unico ed intimo in cui due persone che vivono insieme decidono di scambiarsi delle promesse d’amore in un posto suggestivo e simbolico.

Meghan e Chris hanno scelta la bellezza disarmante delle colline della Toscana, dove i paesaggi sembrano usciti da un quadro di Monet.
Il periodo di piogge durante il mese di maggio e parte di giugno ha letteralmente rovinato i piani di molte coppie, ma questa non poteva di certo essere la sorte per Meghan e Chris.

Innamorati follemente dell’Italia e delle sue bellezze architettoniche e paesaggistiche, con tanti km percorsi dal Canada per raggiungere il Bel Paese la pioggia di certo non era nei loro piani.

No, questo proprio non lo volevano e non lo volevamo neanche noi. E così contro ogni previsione possibile abbiamo cominciato a sperare che il vento portasse con sé tutte le nuvole e ci desse l’opportunità di raccontare il loro giorno nel miglior modo possibile, sfruttando i colori delle colline senesi.

Argiano Dimore è stata la location che i ragazzi hanno scelto tra la selezione delle ville toscane suggerite dall’attento lavoro di Simmi Studio.
Una location bellissima con una vista mozzafiato sulle colline, circondata da vigneti e cipressi.

In questo fantastico contesto Meghan è arrivata da Chris con la sua bellezza disarmante e davanti ad una celebrante hanno scambiato le loro promesse con in braccio Sawyer, la loro figlia di quasi un anno.
E’ stato bellissimo assistere ad un momento così intimo e privato.

Degli straniere amiamo la gestione del tempo. Quando si tratta di eventi in cui la parola d’ordine è felicità le cose che non devono assolutamente esserci sono ansia e stress.
E così in un clima sereno e rilassato abbiamo scattato foto, emozionandoci con loro.

Dopo una breve pausa tra il rito e la pennichella di Sawyer abbiamo ancora realizzato qualche foto al tramonto.
Poi abbiamo abbracciato Meghan e Chris e li abbiamo lasciati a godersi ancora quel meraviglioso luogo.

Credo che porteranno per sempre con sé un ricordo bellissimo dell’Italia e forse anche grazie alle nostra foto.

FOTO SUL LAGO
Il lago è da sempre il luogo preferito dagli stranieri e noi piemontesi siamo fortunati ad avere due laghi molto belli come il Lago D’Orta e il Lago Maggiore.
Conoscere coppie che arrivano dall’estero è sempre un orgoglio perché non solo scelgono il Piemonte come luogo per festeggiare il matrimonio, ma scelgono il made in Italy e in questo caso anche noi.
Matilde e Sebastiaan hanno scelto l’hotel Majestic come location, che ha ospitato diverse persone che arrivavano da diversi Paesi del mondo.
Matilde per lavoro si sposta spesso e Sebastiaan la segue da anni nei sui fantastici viaggi per il mondo e in questi viaggi ha stretto legami. Tutte le persone più importanti erano lì nel giorno del loro matrimonio; una presenza di etnie e culture diverse a festeggiare insieme.
Quanto è bella la diversità di culture. Noi crediamo che la diversità sia ricchezza.
Al momento del rito l’emozione ha colto tutti e noi siamo state pronte a catturarla. La cosa che ricordiamo di questo giorno è stato il modo meraviglioso con cui gli invitati hanno condiviso con la coppia questa giornata e come hanno preso parte alla festa.
La festa sarebbe dovuto continuare su un battello sul lago, ma il cattivo tempo non lo ha permesso. Ma Matilde e Sebastiaan possono ritenersi fortunati, perché la festa più bella è stato condividere un giorno così con le persone care attorno.
E’ stato davvero un bellissimo racconto fotografico.

- chiedetevi se vi permetterà di muovervi durante i balli
- fatevi consigliare il giusto abito in base al rito e al luogo in cui vi sposerete
- non fatevi mai fregare dalla classica frase “ se lo scegli entro oggi avrai una promozione… “ o frasi simili.
Chi è sicuro del proprio lavoro, non vi costringerà mai a comprare qualcosa con l’inganno!
