🌙Welcome Party: A Perfect Start for Sara and Andrew

When Sara and Andrew chose Lucca for their wedding, we knew their journey deserved a special start. To set the tone, we organized a delightful welcome dinner at the charming Villa La Badiola, just a stone’s throw from their wedding venue, Villa Oliva.

🍕The evening featured a cozy pizza party with a skilled pizzaiolo crafting authentic flavors, paired with the villa’s locally produced wine. As the sun set, the couple shared an intimate photo session amidst the picturesque surroundings, creating memories to treasure forever.

To thank their guests, Sara and Andrew gifted thoughtfully curated welcome bags, featuring keepsakes from home and a bottle of olive oil, all packaged by Just Tuscany Soap.

Me, Maci and Matthew carefully selected every detail to make their wedding a true homage to Italy: a painter who captured one of the most important moments on canvas, a classic catering service, and a talented London-based photographer with a natural style that captured guests and the couple without posed shots.

Sustainability was at the heart of every choice: from reusable décor to local vendors who worked with respect for the environment. Every element, from the food to the flowers, told a story of care and mindfulness.

🍀A string quartet set the tone, creating a magical atmosphere that accompanied an intimate ceremony filled with heartfelt emotions. Laughter, joyful tears, and a love for family were the golden threads weaving through the entire celebration.

As the festive season approaches, I can’t help but reflect on the many joyful moments shared with the couples I had the pleasure of working with this year. Every wedding is a unique and special journey, and knowing I played a part in making your day unforgettable fills me with immense gratitude.

𝗠𝘆 𝗧𝘆𝗽𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝗮𝘆
After wedding season, my priority shifts to preparing for the upcoming year. I dedicate time to future couples to evaluate whether each project truly reflects their wishes and, most importantly, if it's feasible. This work heavily relies on the people I collaborate with, so it's often full of waiting and unexpected twists, depending on my suppliers' availability.

🌿I spend many hours in front of the computer, creating mood boards and filling out spreadsheets in Excel, but the real challenge is finding the right suppliers that match the couple's needs. Meeting every request is never easy, as even the smallest decision can reshape the entire wedding project.

What’s always present during these moments of anticipation and intense organization? A warm cup of tea that helps me relax and focus, along with mid-morning and mid-afternoon snacks featuring seasonal fruit.

🌿The end of the day is a moment dedicated to my little girls, where games and carefree fill the time in the family, even though the work of parents does not have breaks.

The wedding season for Righe e Pois Natural Wedding in Italy kicked off in style with the beautiful wedding of Sara and Andrew.

Organizing this event was one of the most rewarding experiences of the year, for many reasons: I was discovering that Sara and Andrew chose Lucca as the location for their welcome dinner and their wedding, inspired by my social media posts. It was a gesture of trust that filled me with joy and marked the beginning of a collaboration based on mutual respect and shared vision.

Sara and Andrew were a wonderful couple to work with, attentive to every detail and eager to create an unforgettable day. For their wedding, they chose photographer Matteo Crescentini, who turned out to be not only an exceptional professional but also a person who seamlessly integrated into our team, bringing creativity and warmth to every shot.

🌿One of the most treasured aspects was, without a doubt, the personalized stationery, beautifully crafted by Michelle Miv Graphic. For Michelle and Andrew, the stationery wasn’t just an aesthetic detail—it was a connection to their style and vision for the wedding.

From the invitations to the menus and place cards, every piece was designed in harmony with the color palette chosen by the couple, with an eco-friendly touch that made each element both sustainable and environmentally conscious. This was an important value for the couple, reflected in every choice they made.

🌿Then came one of the most touching moments of the day: the vows. During the ceremony, Michelle and Andrew read their heartfelt promises, written on delicate, custom-made paper covers, created especially for that moment.

It was an intimate detail that added a layer of sweetness and authenticity to the ceremony, leaving everyone breathless. Watching their gazes as they exchanged these vows, written by their own hands, was an unforgettable moment that truly framed the entire day.

🍂Autumn is the perfect time for me to slow down and enjoy life’s little pleasures. While many love candles, I have a different passion: essential oils. I always bring home various types, especially those that remind me of my beloved mountains in Trentino. Every time I visit, I can’t resist buying these oils, because in that region, there’s a long tradition of using aromatic herbs, crafted with years of artisanal experience.

This pause also gives me the space to reflect on how I can best assist my couples. I love exploring new ways to make weddings unique, especially when it comes to finding the perfect flower designer—ideally local and sustainable. Knowing the seasonal flowers and supporting local businesses to create eco-friendly floral decorations is something I truly enjoy.

🌿Summer weddings are my specialty, and the vibrant colors and scents of nature make me feel right at home.

Da quando faccio questo lavoro ho capito che il budget che hai a disposizione non è mai troppo poco se hai qualcuno che ti aiuta nelle scelte e ti indirizza. Ho imparato che ci vuole molta organizzazione e pazienza che tutto quello che vedi sulle riviste o sui social network non è sempre realmente fattibile, ho imparato che come tutti gli eventi della vita la strada verso il giorno del matrimonio è fatta di decisioni e di momenti di stress.
