Often, couples don't fully grasp the importance of active participation in the planning process. However, Caitlin and Victor's experience shows just how valuable this collaboration can be.

🌱Despite the distance, Caitlin and Victor chose Italy for their special day, dedicating time and care to every detail and actively involving all their vendors. After months of calls, they organized a welcome dinner upon their arrival in Italy to meet their vendors in person. This gesture fostered an atmosphere of trust and collaboration, which was reflected in every aspect of their wedding.

Today we share the beautiful wedding journey of Caitlin and Victor. This couple dedicated time and care to every detail of their wedding, even though there were only about twenty guests. Why? 🌱Tuscany is always able to offer us unique places to choose for your wedding day. Today I want to dedicate a post to one of my favorite places: the Pomaio • Wines & Hospitality . Located in the enchanting hills of Arezzo, this eco-friendly agriturismo is a real jewel for unforgettable weddings.

I had the privilege of organizing a wedding for a couple in this beautiful place, and each time it was a magical experience. Pomaio is not only a renowned organic winery, but also a brilliant example of sustainability thanks to the "Think Green" project, which is committed to reducing, recycling, reusing and rethink all processes to minimize the environmental impact.

🌱Weddings here are a perfect combination of elegance and respect for nature. The restored historic villas offer an intimate and refined atmosphere, while the breathtaking views of the Tuscan hills create a unique romantic backdrop.

Dear friends, I’m very happy to announce the launch of my new logo and my revamped website! 🎉

Just like the magical night of San Giovanni, which celebrates renewal and rebirth with water and flowers, my personal brand is also renewing itself.

✨This period represents a profound transformation, and I want to celebrate this rebirth by sharing a new beginning with you.

According to tradition, the night before the feast of San Giovanni Battista (June 24) is considered a magical night. The forces of nature bestow positive energies, healing, and protective virtues upon herbs wet with dew (symbolizing the influence of the moon).

🌿At sunset on June 23, wild edible herbs and flowers are gathered and left to infuse in water outdoors all night.

💫On the morning of June 24, it is customary to use San Giovanni water to wash hands and face, symbolizing purification and new beginnings. Similarly, my new logo represents the evolution and essence of the values I uphold: sustainability, beauty, and love for our beautiful Tuscany.

Another couple who shared the passion and wanted a sustainable marriage are Carin and Geo.

🌱Their commitment to the environment translates into the choices they made for their big day. It was crucial for them that every detail of the marriage adhered to sustainability guidelines.

The wedding took place in the enchanting setting of Villa Lena. For the flowers, they chose the exceptional company Wildflowers Lab, which makes flower arrangements exclusively with locally grown flowers, minimizing environmental impact. Each candle that lit the party was made with soy wax, adding a touch of magic and elegance to the festive spaces.

🌱Tradition and Sustainability: Valentina and Amir's Egyptian-Inspired Wedding Affair.

On their wedding day, Valentina and Amir chose to embrace not only love, but also the cultural diversity that characterizes them. The groom, of Egyptian origin, together with his future wife, opted for an almost all vegan cuisine, respecting the dietary needs of guests.

🌱The catering service has been able to satisfy all their requests, offering a rich and delicious menu that has delighted those present.

Among all the memorable details of this wedding, one of the most significant was the attention to the traditions and customs of the respective lands of origin. The groom’s mother brought typical Egyptian teapots and ordered a selection of sweets from an Egyptian pastry shop in Milan.

🌦️ A rainproof wedding: the power of love and trust

This marriage was really a stroke of luck: the weather forecast threatened the incessant rain. From the beginning we had planned everything to celebrate in the vineyard, but almost miraculously, the rain never arrived!

🌿Beyond luck, I believe that the great energy of love has played a fundamental role. My team and I worked tirelessly to make sure every detail was perfect, but the real strength came from trust and mutual esteem with the spouses.

Despite the unforeseen events during the wedding day, faith in the work of others was the key to success. And so, between the warmth of love and the determination to overcome every obstacle, this marriage was a true triumph of love and mutual trust.

I have never met such a deeply connected and authentic couple as Lidia and Carlos. Their bond and kindness exude authenticity. They chose to celebrate their wedding in communion with nature, creating a unique and evocative experience.

🌿Their request was clear: they wanted to celebrate their love with a dinner set in a vineyard, turning a dream into reality.

They gathered friends from every corner of the world to share this special moment. Although the marriage had already occurred during the Covid period, the pandemic had suspended their festive plans. But now, finally, they had the opportunity to celebrate their love together with their beloved family and close friends.

An Example of Sustainability and Italian Style 🇮🇹

Jill and Nico’s wedding was not only a celebration of love, but also a manifesto of commitment to Italian sustainability and elegance. The search for recycled materials has been a priority, with a coordinated image made entirely of recycled paper. Even the number of menus has been reduced to a minimum, used only to describe the delicious courses of the festive dinner.

🌿 The flowers have been carefully chosen according to the season, adding a touch of freshness and natural beauty to the wedding day. And what about the arrival of the newlyweds aboard a vintage Fiat 500? A gesture that paid homage to the Italian tradition and added a vintage and romantic touch to their special day.

Despite the warm September, the guests enjoyed the festivities, immersed in the lively and joyful atmosphere of the “very Italian life”. And so, between the sustainability of the materials, the Italian style and the love palpable in the air, the wedding of Jill and Nico was an unforgettable event that paid tribute to the Italian beauty and tradition.

🌿 Jill and Nico's Wedding at Villa Hugo

As a wedding planner, I often discover hidden gems almost around the corner, and Villa Hugo is no exception. Organizing the wedding of Jill and Nico in this beautiful location was a journey of exploration, where I discovered the multiple facets of eco-sustainability, which have resulted in many concrete aspects.

🌿In fact, the heating system works with a biomass plant, which avoids fossil fuels in favor of locally sourced wood. The ashes produced are reused as fertilizer for the olive trees that adorn the park of the villa. Immersed in a green landscape, with vast meadows and hectares of olive groves, Villa Hugo is not only a meeting place, it is a small agricultural production center, which produces its own olive oil.

Exploring this place was like discovering a casket of sustainable awareness, in which every aspect of the environment was integrated into the wedding experience.

🌱Sustainable philosophy finds space at Villa Lena

Organizing a wedding at Villa Lena is for me, an almost "romantic" appointment, because it is a location that totally marries my idea of sustainability: the florist thought of organizing all the floral part with flowers grown directly in the villa and for the catering we had a special service farm to table!

🌱For Andrew and Melanie's wedding all the graphic coordinated has been made with recycled paper, that is with Crush paper, the upcycling paper that contains agro-industrial waste and 40% post-consumer recycled cellulose.

Also I have the opportunity to work with super professional photographers and videographers as The Santoros: it was a great honor.

🌱Melanie and Andrew showcased to the world that love can weather any storm and transform even the windiest day into an unforgettable experience.

🌱When the bride and groom make the wedding

Melanie and Andrew are one of those couples that won me over.
Their complicity and dedication in organizing their marriage was incomparable.
As a wedding planner, I thought about the coordination of their wedding and it was a privilege to accompany them on their wedding day at Villa Lena, last September.

🌱The only problem we had was the weather: there was a lot of wind. However, thanks to the skill of the suppliers involved, every obstacle has been overcome with grace and professionalism. It was a moment when I could see the real magic of the marriage industry: the ability to turn adversity into opportunities to create something even more special.

Ode to love and attention to detail.
What struck me most was the care with which Melanie and Andrew thought of their guests: they put on each place card an envelope where inside there was a special and personal message, handwritten by them, for each guest.

🌿An Authentic and Magical Wedding!
Of this wedding, I am proud of many things. One thing, in particular, struck me: the work done by the flower designer fully matched the philosophy I follow when organizing weddings.

A local flower farm came to work directly at the location where the event took place, bringing flowers to the venue, fully reflecting my philosophy of sustainability and authenticity.

🌿We were honored to have a professional photographer and video maker from America come to our team, who captured every moment with exceptional skill.
Their particular technique made each moment unique and authentic, as if we were watching a real documentary of the feelings and emotions experienced during the most important day of Victoria and Cass.

Every detail, from the menu rich in typical local dishes to the magnificent floral decoration, was chosen with care and love. Victoria and Cass experienced a magical and unique moment, and I am happy to have contributed to making their dream come true.

🌿The Power of Family and Love for Nature

Today I want to tell you about a special wedding, that of Victoria and Cass at Villa Valgiano. This couple chose an enchanting location for their big day, and I had the privilege of being part of this unique experience.

🌿Victoria had a dream: to gather flowers from the field to use in the wedding decoration. Despite the bad weather preventing this experience, the flower designers did an exceptional job, creating floral arrangements that looked like they came out of a painting.

Collaboration played a crucial role. Victoria trusted me with all of her details, and I trusted the suppliers I selected for her. The bride's sister carefully coordinated the graphic design, personalizing each placeholder and menu.
