Massimo Maceri, better known as Max Sensation, is an Italian DJ and producer deeply rooted in techno and experimental electronic music. Born in 1975, he began DJing in the early ’90s, performing across clubs in northern Italy and throughout Europe, shaping his style through decades of experience behind the decks.
In 2014, Max launched Insane Code Rec, a label that has released both digital and vinyl productions and collaborated with a wide network of national and international artists. A few years later he founded ICR Studio, his personal creative hub—an environment dedicated to sound research, production and the development of innovative DJ and live concepts.
Today, Max is a resident DJ at GENAU, where he continues to express his artistic identity through one of his greatest passions: vinyl. With a raw, immersive and forward-driven approach to sound, he remains a steady presence in the contemporary techno landscape.
