Thomas Bömkes "Thomas is Managing Director of Diversity Tourism GmbH based in Munich, Germany. An advisory and marketing agency, specialized in the Medical & Health, Luxury and LGBTQ+ Tourism niche markets. Also developing business strategies, marketing promotions and organizing B2B & B2C networking events, workshops, and conferences worldwide, starting back in 1996.
Since 2010, Diversity Tourism has partnered with ITB Berlin, the world’s leading travel trade show, ITB Asia and the ITB Academy to develop both tourism segments worldwide. The agency also operates the luxury travel portal TOMONTOUR.de and has partnered with different LGBTQ+ Business networks in Germany.
After graduating at Munich’s University with a master’s degree in economics in 1996, Thomas worked as a business development strategist and marketing manager in different positions, since then. He has also been a member of the board of directors of IGLTA from 1999 – 2009 and received the IGLTA Vanguard Award in 2019. He is a speaker and panelist on conferences and trade shows around the world.

Miss Apsara Reddy is a transgender woman who has suffered many obstacles in India and has faced everything with dignity. She has mainstreamed her journey and is an active voice on Indian television. She has a BA from Monash University, Australia and an MA from City University, London. She is also the Senior Editor for India’s leading English newspaper - The Deccan Chronicle. In the past Apsara has written for many Indian and international newspapers and magazines. Her remarkable work against domestic abuse and child molestation has seen her being invited to European Parliament in 2017. She has also met with the mayor of Madrid Ms. Manuela Carmena when she was in Madrid, to celebrate the LGBT pride. Her speech at various television debates has led to policy level changes in India.
In her career as a journalist, she has interviewed many A lister celebrities including Nicolas Cage, Michael Schumacher, and Russel Crowe. Her work towards mainstreaming transwomen has pushed her to conduct free weddings for transgender couples in South India. She regularly conducts awareness programs against r**e and fights for gender justice. She has addressed Princeton University, International Rotary Conference and is also a TEDx Speaker.

Proud & out LGBTIQ professional, Pavel back in 2013 co-founded East meets West, the network of LGBTIQ professionals and allies from Western & (primarily) Eastern Europe. For 10 years now, the network has been the leading center of excellence for the LGBTIQ community in the CEE region.
Pavel is also the co-founder of EGLCC, The European LGBTIQ Chamber of Commerce where he serves as Member of the Board and overlooks Supplier Diversity & Inclusion programs. He is also professionally active in finance, focusing on digitalization of banking experience for large corporate customers across CEE Region (Central & Eastern Europe).
Pavel, born in 1977 in The Czech Republic, holds a Business degree from the Anglo-American University (AAU) of Prague. He lives with his husband Laco and their two children in Vienna.

Sarah Young is a proud ally of the LGBTQ+ community and has celebrated a number of milestones since marriage equality was enacted into Maltese law. Starting with the very civil union held on the island for the first female couple to tie the knot under the new legislation in 2017 through to the planning of the 2014 inaugural and 2015 LGBTQ+ Community Awards in Malta, the annual event during Pride.
In 1998, Sarah's career started to take off as she was appointed Marketing Manager of Time International, responsible for leading brands such as Cartier, Nike, and Tag Heuer. Sarah also organized various international conferences in Malta and Europe. After a successful period of working in events and marketing in the UK, she continued her career as Marketing Manager for Coca-Cola, Malta. At the age of 24, Sarah became a pioneer in her industry as the first wedding planner on the island of Malta - and there was no turning back from then on.
Amongst all her successes Sarah Young has also launched her own TV series in Malta in 2022; ‘Flip the Venue’. The contents of the series see Sarah and her team flip venues across the Maltese Islands into lavish event and wedding locations. Following its recognized success on the island, Flip the Venue second series, has just aired nationwide in Malta in October 2023.
