✨ The day we had planned for Eric and Xiao in beautiful Venice was supposed to follow a pretty linear timeline. They would get ready in their hotel, have a magical dawn ceremony in Piazza San Marco, glide through Venice’s iconic canals on a gondola, and wrap up the day with a breathtaking sunset on the water ❤️
🌧️The plan simply went out of the window when the weather forecasts changed drastically, with a huge storm looming all across Northern Italy. Quickly, we shifted gears and crafted a new plan, splitting the elopement into two incredible days. We chased the sunset from the day before and embraced the dry dawn of the next morning, all while juggling another couple’s plans in Le Cinque Terre (that was facing exactly the same problem!).
In the end, both days turned out absolutely incredible! Huge shoutout to our amazing couples and the talented vendors who made it all possible with their flexibility and trust. 🙌✨
