Whilst my plan was to be returning to the bench when the children went back to school after the summer this didn’t happen as I wanted to spend every possible second with my little boy.
Also, unfortunately the lack of support for small businesses, especially small new businesses, the costs of materials and the increase in flower costs has made it almost impossible.
It is with a heavy heart that I have to write this, but I have had to hang up my scissors and formally close Kizzie’s.
I want to take this opportunity to thank all my lovely customers for all your business.

Sorry for the radio silence…..

I have been quietly working away in the background with reduced numbers of orders.
Due to the latest news of our newest little recruit there has been a change to my original decision of closing the business just for the summer holidays.

As of Tuesday, I will be closing down the website to all orders to spend much needed time with my little family to prepare the last few things before the early arrival of our little miracle.

I look forward to re-opening the website to orders and working with customers old and new when the children return to school after the summer holidays.

Just an update on future opening dates.

With the arrival soon of the newest team member of Kizzie’s I will be stepping away as planned from the bench for the summer holidays, returning to create your florals with love when the children return to school.

However, we have been told our newest little recruit could arrive earlier than planned so we are taking every day as it comes, with every day potentially being a birth day .

Orders are currently still being taken, however at a reduced number. If you are ordering in the run up to the school holidays please just be aware there could possibly have to be a last minute change to your order delivery date, I thank you for your understanding in advance.

I was approached and had the privilege to be asked to do the funeral flowers for a very special, much loved and thought of lady.
It was asked that the flowers would be of a mixed country garden / vintage style, to be in reds, mixed pinks and purples and to include gerberas as they were her favourite flower.

Whilst last week was a very, very sad one, I had the privilege to be asked to create flowers for the funeral of a very special, much loved and thought of gentleman.
It was asked of me to create a spray in a vintage / country garden style, in whites, creams and pale blues.
With him having a love of the open water and of boating, an anchor seemed to be the perfect accompanying tribute choice.

My first ‘Always And Forever’ in a while was delivered out today.

Yesterday I delivered out an order for a super, special birthday.
One of my grand ‘Warmth’ basket arrangements was ordered for this occasion with an age helium balloon.
