We are an intimate dining speakeasy, situated at the Jersey Raceclub all season for the second year. Our chefs create a different menu each race meeting which includes canapés and aperitifs. Local and seasonal. All cooked on a bbq.

Come and dine with us in our boutique dining tent at Les Lanes Jersey Raceclub “The Jersey Bullet” on the 11th June. If we could sit down and eat for this one we would! The menu, seen below, is all cooked on a bbq on-site, by our talents James Boothman and Adam Spencer.

GOD SAVE OUR "PLATINUM JUBILEE" MENU this Sunday 5th June.

We are rolling out the red carpet for a royal banquet this Sunday

Fit for a Queen our menu is the jewel in the crown of your long weekend and not to let anyone else get there hands on!

You will be served a 3 course gourmet lunch cooked by acclaimed Chef James Knox Boothman recently featured on Jamie Olivers channel 4 cookbook challenge accompanied with a superb wine list curated by Paul Banahan from Dunells to accompany the feast and racing.

Here is our menu for the next meeting on the 5th June ‘Platinum Jubilee’

Here’s how we do it:

Our tent doors open at 12midday.
We welcome you and your guests at our reception ‘boat’ area by our stylish host. Take your coat and offer you champagne or Pimms whilst you relax and meet you’re guests. You can wander outside into our little garden area, track side, whilst our hosts offer you canapés and refills and will be on hand looking after your every need all day.

At around 1pm guests are offered their seats around our beautifully decorated round tables which are perfect for socializing whilst our waiters offer you hands down the best bread roll you have ever tasted by our friends

Your pre chosen starter is served accompanied by your wine choice (already chilling on the table) Our wines have been carefully selected by us and our specialist

You and your table then decide whether you want to be served mains before or after the first race and this is what makes our tent unique.

Our talented Chef James Knox Boothman .jkb is cooking in front of you usually alongside the talent that is Claire from and and the amazing Sous chef Arek dressing the dishes with flowers and botanicals foraged locally.

Once the first race has happened we are sailing ⛵️ from here on in.

Desserts and Cheese as and when you please.

Totes frequent our tent for your ease.

As the sun sets over Sark and you count your winnings. You can sip back on our La Bouche blend coffee, who we have worked very closely with connoisseur and absolute gent David from to come up with and serve in our restaurant and taste the most delicious from our new friends in Sark to end a perfect day.
