Wilde Thyme is a unique floral design studio, specialising in creating innovative and wildly lovely florals for weddings and events in Jersey and beyond. Flowers and scent, colour and texture evoke some of my earliest memories along with a passionate love for the theatre and literature. I have a background in Interior Design and Styling for events in London and Jersey but the yearning passion for

flowers kept burning so Wilde Thyme was born. From the ever changing seasons and light, to colours and shapes in the sky, in the sea and on the land. I seek out the very best seasonal flowers, and pay immense attention to detail. Each arrangement is more then just a fleeting bowl of flowers, they are what my memories are made of and this I wish to give back to my clients long after their event is over. My studio is in my garden where my three teenage daughters come and find me after their days at school and where Delphi my dog comes to lie and a dear robin comes to perch on a shelf or table. I love hosting workshops in there and sharing my oasis of flowers, wood and white. I used to paint, fascinated by the layers of colour I saw within one thing and now when I take a bloom and add another, then another, I feel I'm painting with flowers. When I'm no longer excited and delighted by the scent and magic of a bloom, I know that is the time to hang up my scissors. Til then, let’s create! 🌸✨ Our Work Café is in full bloom for this year’s Jersey Battle of Flowers! ✨🌸

We’re delighted to be part of the Town Takeover, where local businesses have teamed up with float designers to bring a splash of floral magic to the high street. Our display is inspired by the Parish of St Peter’s charming English country garden float, brought to life by the creative vision of Martyn Aubert from local design agency The Idea Works.

The floral artistry of Clara Barthorp from Wilde Thyme has transformed our entrance into a vibrant and inviting archway of pink, red, and white blooms. The arrangement not only complements the historic character of the building but also offers a warm and picturesque welcome to all who pass by 🌺🌿
