WOW ! What a way to mark the last BoxinBusiness White Collar Boxing!

Last night, 640 guests filled the RJA&HS to enjoy an excellent evening of entertainment, food (well we are biased!) and boxing! Well done to all the Boxers, you were all awesome!

Top British Comedian to Visit Jersey to host IoD Awards Event!

Comedian Hugh Dennis, star of the hit shows, Outnumbered, and Mock the Week, is coming to Jersey to host the prestigious IoD Jersey Director of the Year Awards 2023 on October 19th. The Awards, made possible by Gold Sponsors Appleby and Silver Sponsors Deloitte LLP, are the highlight of the business calendar in the island and celebrate Jersey’s most inspirational and ethical leaders.

The Awards event at the RJAHS has been expanded due to demand and will be bigger and better than ever before. Celebrity host Hugh Dennis will be announcing the winners of ten prestigious categories, nominated by colleagues and peers.

Apart from starring in Outnumbered, Hugh Dennis has appeared on a great number of panel shows, from QI to Would I Lie to You? His comic presenting skills are in great demand, but he has also appeared in serious acting roles, from Agatha Christie’s Marple, Doctors, Fleabag, and even James Bond.

Chair of IoD Jersey, Natasha Egré, said the IoD committee are delighted to have secured Mr Dennis, “The IoD Jersey Awards are always a huge opportunity to recognise the best of our leaders in Jersey, but they are also a chance for all our members, guests, and nominees to network and enjoy a celebratory night out. With many of our existing staff starting or heading back to university, we need to strengthen our team to support our events over the Autumn period.

The diary is busy with lots of big events up until Christmas and therefore we are looking for staff who are aged 16 years and over.

Events are mainly on Friday and Saturday evenings - flexible working, you choose when you want to work! Perfect opportunity to earn some extra pennies before Christmas.

No experience is required, just a positive attitude to work and a willingness to learn. We offer a zero hour contract, great rates of pay and the opportunity to work at some amazing events and event sites!

On Friday night, we were delighted to part of the Digital Jersey Hub 5th Annual Tech Awards at the Royal Jersey Showground, Trinity.

With just over 450 guests in attendance, the night was a huge success. Congratulations to all the shortlisted and winners on the evening.

Amazing lighting from Delta Events and table decor from Rola's Finishing Touch.

With entertainment from Big Day Music Jersey and hosted by Zoe Lyons, guests had a great evening.

What a week we have had!

On Thursday we were delighted to cater for the Jersey Roast Beef Luncheon, held at the Jersey Field Squadron RE (M) Barracks on Mont Bingham. The rain did not deter guests having a great afternoon!

A delicious, full Roast Beef with all the trimmings was served, beef courtesy of La Collette Foods, served in a traditional potato box.

A phenomenal amount of money has been raised to support a number charities.

Just under 300 guests came together in a marquee courtesy of Marquee Solutions.

Congratulations to 3D Events and Delta Events for ensuring the afternoon ran smoothly.
