Quick story, in 2019 I was in a corner-I had to choose between my family and a job. I had just had my son (a newborn) and after years out of a formal job, I had just received one but my son fell ill. So of course I chose him. In doing so, I decided that I needed to be more flexible and available to my children.
'If you do something that you absolutely LOVE, you'll never feel like you work a day in your life'
This is true.
I LOVE TO PLAN AND I LOVE TO COOK!

In searching for a business name, I randomly typed in "synonyms for delicious or tasty." The word 'Ambrosia' came up and it said 'Food worthy of the Gods; food fit for a King' and I was sold.

Ambrosial CateringJa was born and here we are STILL. Trials and failures, ups and downs; services added and subtracted, growing and steadily learning to trust the process! Bit by bit. The race is NOT for the swift.

I've often thought of how I would introduce myself to the public. Many times I encounter clients and they say 'I was wondering what the face behind the name looks like'

We are very much aware of the importance of supporting our local market! The eat what we grow initiative is not only good for our economy but for our own health!
