Good day family and friends, I trust that you are all well. Just popping by to ask for your continued prayers on my author journey. It has been a struggle and challenging at times but thanks to my coach Crystal Daye of DayeLight Publishers I can introduce myself as The Next Bestselling Author of Failure to Flourishing. This is a book about the struggles of I have faced due to self doubt and low self esteem throughout my life and how, with God's grace and guidance I have overcome them. Good morning friends and family. I now have stable light and telephone connection , I am therefore now able to share on this platform. First I want to say thank God for sparing lives through the destruction visited up on many in our country by hurricane Beryl. I ask that we continue to pray for those who experienced the BRUNT of the storm and help where we can.
I want to say THANKS to the workers in our emergency services. Our health, security and utilities sectors who had to be there during and after the hurricane despite the fact that their families, and homes may have been negatively affected while they helped others.
I ask that we try to help anyone we can that was adversely affected. This can be in any way we can whether it be cash, kind, small and large deeds or comforting words and definitely PRAYER.

Good night friends and family, I pray you are all well. The journey to writing my first book has officially begun as I have just completed the first session in the Author Accelerator Course with coach Crystal Daye of DayeLight Publishers. HEAVY but EXCITING. Friends and family I ask for your PRAYERS and ENCOURAGEMENT as I go through this 4 month process at the end of which, I WILL have a manuscript in hand ready for publishing. Q1 - Do you watch YouTube content ? Q2 - Do you subscribe to the channels you watch Q3 - If yes, why? Q4 If no, why not. Good evening friends and family. This morning, Saturday May 4, 2024, I was treated to a FEAST in more ways than one. I attended the Hanover Street Baptist Church Women's Federation Prayer Breakfast. The table settings were lovely, the meal was SUMPTIOUS. BUT the WORD from our speaker, Dr. Michele Meredith of East Queen Street Baptist and THE MICO University College, WOW WOW WOW. POWERFUL. I am thankful for this new chapter in my life. Teaching these boys who drive me CRAZY at times, but for whom I am grateful when I see that bit of improvement, either in work or behaviour. On this project which took the two weeks, I saw talent, I saw leadership, I saw cooperation after quarrelling about who knows how to get the job done better. lol lol. They were building a FIRST AID KIT holder for their Barbering class. I ask you my facebook friends and family to pray for them. The boys in my class are between the ages of 13-14 yrs and have behavioural and educational challenges. But God did not give up on us and we cannot give up on them. THEY ARE OUR FUTURE

Good day friends and family, I watched the news on TVJ this evening (Tuesday 16/1/24) and was heartbroken about the 105 year old man from whom J$5M was taken from his NCB account leaving a little over J$800,000. According to the news he does not do any online banking and he does not have a bank card. He goes into the branch and do his transactions in person. Eventually some ( it did not say how much) of his money was returned. NCB apparently sent him a letter which seemed to say they are not responsible ( I can be corrected on this ). This is getting from BAD TO WORST. Money vanishes from our accounts and there seems to be no recourse. Some people receive some or all of their money after a process (which sometimes include people having to go into the banks and behave very badly) and some don't. I also had money vanish from my account and after more than 1 year no resolution. According to the manager at BNS head office, it is not fraud because they did not clean out my account. Where are we the people to turn. This situation has now become REDICULOUS. When one talks to the staff at the various banks the attitude is POOR. BANKS -BNS, NCB and the rest, BOJ, MINISTRY OF FINANCE , it seems as if the citizens of this country are being SCAMMED BIG TIME by those in control of ALL the financial institutions. WHERE DO WE TURN FOR HELP , maybe someone out there can advise me as I am LOST. 😡

Members of the Sunset Optimist Club of Liguanea, donating items for an entertainment centre we set up at the the Mary's Child Home. We first donated a cupboard and on Saturday January 13, 2024 we brought along items to be placed in the cupboard. These included but was not limited to: Books, cds, dvds, board games, a dvd player and toys. 🧸. In the picture below from left to right are Miss Williams (coordinator the the Mary's Child Home ) President Debbie - Ann and Vice President Lavern. As members of Optimist International, our motto is "Friends of Youth". We serve children from birth to 25 years of age. This is a worthwhile cause and our children need us now more than ever. 9 - 11 WOW - MERCY. I remember that day even though I was here in Jamaica- But my sister was there - she worked in the World Trade Centre. Thank God that due to a series of events she was late for work . She was in the street when the towers were coming down and was covered as many others were. But praise God other than glass splinters in her eye, she is alive today 🙏.
My mom died 5 years ago, and when I think of her I still cry. I just want to send a hug 🤗 to persons out there who lost loved ones and friends on 9 - 11, and for whom there is still pain and sorrow. 🙏🤗
