•Load-in and breakdown schedules for vendors
•Overseeing the “Day Of” set-up
•Staffing will be present the day of the event to ensure the evening runs smoothly from start to finish
•Coordination and overall management of place cards, table numbers, menu cards, invitations, save the date cards, etc.
