Colm Delves
A man for all Seasons
A Kind and Compassionate Man
A man who went the extra mile for my Business for Jamaica
He not only gave me Business Advice, he gave me all the Irish Artifacts to decorate and be displayed at The Oasis on the Oxford Restaurant & Pub. And to top it off he found the time to attend the opening. Who does that?
“ It is nice to be important BUT more important to be nice”
Along with Colm there was Corrigan, Riordan, Carson, English, Hall, Seamus and O’Shaughnessy, Lisa Lewis and Heather Halsal just to name a few of the “AWESOME” Digicel Team then. WOW!!
Every visit to Jamaica by him would mean a visit or a call to seek about my welfare and the growth of the Business, even when he was ill he would call from time to time.

He remembers my kid’s names.

He promised to take his Chairman Denis O’Brien to visit me. I would laugh and say to him “Yeah right, that big important man, NO WAY!!”. He would just smile.
Any issue I had with Digicel would be quickly resolved. I could call Colm any time I wanted to. He would check in whenever he wanted to. He would remind me that I can call him when Digi was not treating me right. I could be assured of getting a new phone every time there was one to be had.
Colm you were a very good friend. I will miss you.
