My Unstoppable Story 🌷

I lost 70 students in 2021-2022, and it was a tough time managing my school. Every goodbye was a heartbreak to me. 😔 I took action and asked for help from my mentor and restarted, I innovated every night by researching, 📚 rebuilt my reputation as an educator, 👩‍🏫 walked 10 thousand steps daily to give flyers on the street, 🚶‍♀️ and worked on my business courses online tirelessly every night. 😓 I didn't notice I hit my target of 120 students, and surprisingly, I ended my year 2023 with 130 students. 🌟🎉

It's important to remember that setbacks are a part of the journey towards success. They are opportunities for growth and learning. 🌱💪

So, let's embrace the challenges that come our way and use them as stepping stones towards our goals. Let's rise like a Phoenix, stronger and more determined than ever. 🦅🔥 And remember, no matter how many times we fall, we have the power within us to rise again. 🌟💪

I always dreamt of my father joining me on my graduation day, but his responsibilities as a ship captain made it challenging for him to attend any of my previous ceremonies. However, this time, I finally had the opportunity to complete my Master's degree in Management major in Educational Management.

It was a truly unforgettable moment for me as I walked across the stage. What made it even more special was the presence of not only my father but also my stepmom. It was a day filled with blessings and will forever hold a special place in my heart.

Last Monday, I had a coaching session with my business mentor here in Japan 🇯🇵. He had the courage to correct me on how I conduct business-to-business transactions. It brought about many realizations for me. I thought I was doing fine, but there are still areas that need refinement.

🎭He believed that I could give and achieve more because I am a jack of all trades, and I have too many things that I juggle simultaneously. If I hyper-focus on my school business, it will significantly increase my productivity.

Lesson 2 of 12 life lessons from my recent trip. On our adventure, we were fortunate to have Middy Nakajima as our tour guide, who not only showed us the sights but also imparted a powerful lesson on overcoming adversity. Little did we know that Middy is not just a guide, but also the Director of the travel agency we chose. His unwavering passion was evident as he led us tirelessly throughout the entire day, and he openly shared the difficulties his business faced during the pandemic and how he successfully overcame them.His resilience and determination reminded us that even in the face of rock bottom, there is always a way to rise.
