It was pomp and colour during the prize giving ceremony for that was held at Poa Place Resort in Eldoret.

The 1st Edition of competitive cycling competition took place in Eldoret Today.

Charles Kagimu, Ugandan National emerged victories in a cycling race that saw him cycle 100km in a time of 2hrs 38 Minutes and 19 seconds with speed of 39.79 km/h

Salim Kipkemboi came close second with a time of 2 Hours 38 Minutes and 20 Seconds also cycling with a speed of 39.79 Km/h

The cycling competition which is the first of its kind in the region, attracted over 50 participants both locals and international.

Funds raised in the competition will go along way is supporting reforestation of Kaptagat Forest in Uasin Gishu County.
