Mildred A Otieno had no suspicions that Andrew Owili was even around. She had just dropped him a few hours ago at the bus stage. She imagined this dude was on his way to The capital and was now out for lunch with some friends at Ciala Resort -Kisumu(all planned without her knowledge)

She knew it was nothing but lunch; but see, big man Andy did some magic and was dropped somewhere along the way and he too with more friends were on their way to Ciala Resort for this pleasant surprise to the love of his life.

Long story short, as Milly and few friends waited for their order(you know these big hotels...), she and her friend opted to have a stroll around. That was now where we had Andy ready at some nice corner, obviously nervous. Haha. He didn't know how she would react, to the surprise....at some point, He asked for water twice🤣, He needed it.

So here, Milly is minding her own business walking with her friend towards the garden not suspecting anything at all. She makes this turn as boom! Manz with both hands behind him. She froze! She couldn't believe this was the same guy she knew was hours out of town. She froze! Literally

She didn't know that all her friends were around, as she moved closer to Andrew Owili who was now on his knee holding the ring, (you know, her hands were still cupped against her eyes) She couldn't notice that the group of friends were already gathering waiting for her word.

Moments later, her left hand was out and we all knew it was all YES! I think that was when she now realized that there was a crowd of many friends cheering. This day filled us up with so much love and joy to be able to be there from the very beginning of their lives. Deco and food was out of this world. Thanks to Yvonne and Ciala Resort.

SHE SAID YES!
