Rest in peace DJ Lithium. It so sad to see gifted and talented men/women committing su***de because of stress and depression.

Speak up..... Don't bottle things inside.... Don't lock yourselves in your rooms or spaces of solitude.... Speak up until you are heard. Never fear to be vulnerable or show your weaknesses/flaws before people. Set yourself free from by speaking up.

My fellow artists and people who understand what am talking about.....let us be there to encourage people to speak up and be willing to talk/walk with them all the way. DEPRESSION IS REAL!!!

My trust is in the Lord God almighty who saved me from years of stress and depression. He used His holy word and the right people to sn**ch me from that hole. By His strong hands has He delivered me. I choose to give myself to be there/listen/walk/talk with anyone who is going through a rough patch of depression knowingly or unknowingly.

Funny how sometimes one doesn't know that he/she is suffering with depression unless they speak up and meet people who have overcome this disease and are willing to talk about it.

Let's speak up!!!!!

Once again I send my condolences to the family/ friends/f and of this gifted brother.
