Today was pizza day through and through!! I made this delicious duo pizza: One part Tuna , One part Potato (can you guess where my client is from? 😂) I’ve never been a fun of the thick pizza crusts (no offense to the lovers) so I made it thin crusted but soft ( peek how easy it was to bite through) I also made a complimentary #Calzone just cos I had a bit of time on my hands. ( I’ll share soon) Of course, my little helpers caused a tantrum and I had to make some minis for them and it was all good since dinner got sorted just like that. How to salvage and serve up left over Turkey. STEPS: Slice it up in thin slices Dilute Pour over leftover gravy / chicken stock Cover with aluminum foil Back in the Oven for 20min at low heat. Serve with leftover Stuffing/ vegetable rice/ roast potatoes + fresh Garden salad ENJOY!
