What advice would you offer your younger self and young women of today?

I’ll start ✨

I would tell myself to have a go at everything you can, as every experience is a learning , even the bad ones! I’d tell myself not to let imposter syndrome ✨( feelings of inadequacy that persist despite evident success ) ✨to stop you from putting up you hand and sharing your thoughts.

✨I’d also remind myself that how you feel about a situation is a choice, one that you are in control of (most of the time!)

✨ Lastly , don’t wait for change to happen. Be brave and empower yourself to be the change you want to see.”
