BEEF PASTA RECIPE
Ingredients
Pasta
Beef
Onions
Dark soy sauce
Meat tenderizer
Dhania
Spring onions
Carned maize or chickpeas
INSTRUCTIONS
MARINATE MEAT WITH THE MEAT TENDERIZER,POKE WITH A fork to ensure that the meat tenderizer gets absorbed,add soy sauce,Let it sit for 20min
Now add oil and onions in a pan,once the onions are half cooked,add the meat,let it cool under low heat,once cooked add the spices (paprica,black pepper,)add maize or check peas,let it simmer for 3min,
Add water and pasta,add tomato sauce,bring to boil,untill all the water evaporates and the pasta is tender,add spring onions and dhania,
Adjust flavors and serve
