Fab Functions offers catering services for all events and occasions. This Easter, we share the gift of a recipe of one of our clientβs favourite appetizer - Deviled Eggs. Try it and be sure to thank us later. Happy Easter yβall!
INGREDIENTS:
ππΏ 6 large hard boiled eggs;
ππΏ 1/4 cup mayonnaise;
ππΏ 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard;
ππΏ 1 teaspoon hot sauce / ketchup;
ππΏ Salt;
ππΏ Ground black pepper;
ππΏ Sliced chives and smoked paprika.
RECIPE:
ππΏ Half the eggs lengthwise and scoop out yolks;
ππΏ Add mayonnaise, mustard, and hot sauce / ketchup, then mash yolks with the back of a fork and stir until mixture is smooth; season with salt and pepper;
ππΏ Arrange egg whites on a platter. Using a piping bag fitted with a star tip (or a resealable bag with a small corner snipped off), fill egg whites with egg yolk mixture. Top with chives and paprika.
