Fab Functions offers catering services for all events and occasions. This Easter, we share the gift of a recipe of one of our client’s favourite appetizer - Deviled Eggs. Try it and be sure to thank us later. Happy Easter y’all!
INGREDIENTS:
👉🏿 6 large hard boiled eggs;
👉🏿 1/4 cup mayonnaise;
👉🏿 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard;
👉🏿 1 teaspoon hot sauce / ketchup;
👉🏿 Salt;
👉🏿 Ground black pepper;
👉🏿 Sliced chives and smoked paprika.
RECIPE:
👉🏿 Half the eggs lengthwise and scoop out yolks;
👉🏿 Add mayonnaise, mustard, and hot sauce / ketchup, then mash yolks with the back of a fork and stir until mixture is smooth; season with salt and pepper;
👉🏿 Arrange egg whites on a platter. Using a piping bag fitted with a star tip (or a resealable bag with a small corner snipped off), fill egg whites with egg yolk mixture. Top with chives and paprika.
