Good morning good people.

Throughout this week I have interacted with a good number of SACCOS.Their major concern was that, their business members are not consistent with their savings.These members start saving faithfully for a while and later drift away.

I shared with some of the market and Finance heads that,many business people establish businesses for profit and thus do not have the end in mind and proper business structures and strategies so a good number end up being closed down.

Another reason why the business members fail or lack consistency is because we focus more on recruitment and selling the SACCO to members and forget to invest in skills.Having 100k members who save very little and not consistently does not make your SACCO grow.

So to bridge this gap investing in proper business planning and strategic training is key.Invest in acquiring and retaining stable businesses for your own growth.

Consistency is a habit not an accident.

I have witnessed brands operating like broken clocks,one week they are actively here,the next you know they have been silent for 6 months.

You may be a victim of inconsistency in your marketing efforts either out of wish,fear or lack of proper planning.

The sad part of missing out in your marketing efforts is how it affects your brand and trust,maintaining visibility and staying top of the mind of your customers.
