Bake Land Powdered Whipping cream
250gms Ksh300

RECIPE
250gm whipp
80g. Sugar
400ml chilled water or milk

METHOD
1. Add (whipp -w) and sugar to the water and mixing with a whisk on high speed for 4-6 minutes.
2.You can increase the sugar on the expense of water.
Advantages:
1. This topping is based on vegetable fats and not animal fats, but still maintains full creamy taste and structure.
2. Gives stable volume and high over run.
3. Upon decorating or glazing tarts, gives smooth surface without any pin holes, nor sagging, cracking, or yellowing.
4. When left overnight in refrigerator, it could be re-whipped and reused.
5. You can add sugar depending on the sweetness required.
6. Could be used for cooking purpose.
7. You can use small quantities of the powder and store the rest without worry of spoilage.
