The body of the immediate former Ainabkoi MP is lying at Lee Funeral Home in Nairobi.

His family is, however, seeking financial support from friends and the political class to help them accord him a befitting sendoff.

He says, The Azimio Coalition will challenge Speaker Moses Wetang'ula decision to declare the Kenya Kwanza coalition majority in parliament.

He says, President William Ruto's cabinet appointees have cases on their backs & If MPs accept some of them, Kenya will head to a wrong direction.

He calls on President William Ruto to reconsider Cabinet decision to lift the ban on GMOs for the sake of the country.

He urges that; Due to the patterns, food system will be at the mercies of the multinational companies that own GMO technology while our indigenous seeds and unique biodiversity will be facing extinction owing to the poor regulatory framework from GMOs in Kenya.

He accuses church which was once against GMOs but right now they are silent. He urge our religious leaders not to sell their souls but to speak the truth to power.

He advises KK government that There should have been a nationwide discourse through public engagement, education and participation on the decision to lift ban on GMOs.

He also advises that; Food security should not be premised on maize consumption alone. There are other varieties of organic food such as sorghum, millet and sweet potatoes among others.

... Needs help
Yesterday Cyrus maina called me about a kid who had been "dug" (literally)in the head with a gardening fork by another kid (a sibling i presume)
Cyrus had helped them get first aid, X-ray at Thika level 5 and the reason why he called me is because they had to go to KNH and although he had gotten then an ambulance for transfer the mother would need money for admission et all..I called a friend and was sorted and they headed to KNH... I told Cyrus to keep me posted
According to us a kid who still has a fork in his head that should be an emergency....
So today almost 24 hrs later Cyrus calls me that the mum has told him they they are still at the casualty not yet taken to the theater since apparently there is another emergency so she should wait...I am wondering what is the definition of emergency in our govt hospital.....
I have called the mother they are still waiting for help..She is frustrated

UPDATE: The National Police Service has shortlisted 10 candidates for the position of the Directorate of Criminal Investigations director.

The successful candidates among the 10 will replace former DCI boss George Kinoti who president William Ruto announced he had resigned.

The 10 candidates will present themselves at Kenya School of Government, lower Kabete in Nairobi for interviews on 11th October

They include;

Former Ainabkoi Member of Parliament William Chepkut has died.

He breathed his last Saturday morning, the family has confirmed.

Family sources say he collapsed in his house and was rushed to Mediheal hospital parklands where he was pronounced dead

The former MP served the constituency between 2017 to 2022. He was elected as an independent candidate.

In 2022, his bid to defend the seat as an Independent candidate again flopped.

For PA,let your work always end at 5pm . In cases where you have to be working beyond 5pm ,kindky keep distance . Let it be a Q&A conversation.

For the PA,if your boss drinks one or two bottles of beer or does whisky ,avoid by all means being a drinking buddy.
