We are in dire times of a dreading malady/disease ( cancer) .This song is a prayer for the cancer victims and a prayer to the third world governments appealing them to prioritize putting up equipped medical facilities for their citizens who cant afford treatment of the malady in the west.

To the dearest one in my life, you might be surprised when you hear me say this, but I must say it because I can't no more conceal it as its sizzling me with so much guilt. I know you might be exasperated, give no reaction or jest at me but I must be true to myself. I MUST say this to you .I'm going to tell my true feelings about you and ask for atonement of my sins. It isn't mandatory you reason like me .you're free to think the way it pleases you . It isn't like I will become happy if you think the way I think and I will be depressed if you think like that. I will be a more happier man if you be true to yourself .However, I muchly implore that your true feelings towards what I am about to tell won't halt our union even to a single bit of it. I anticipate that even though it's the bitter reality to concede we please strengthen this union after knowing each other's feelings. You can choose anything your forgiving heart decides on without care of things like family, society or any other person but please don't choose dissipation/ separation . I know you are a meritorious woman with a magnanimous heart but I introspect the density of my transgression and I loose strength of opening up my mouth to tell you about it. I don't blame it to anyone but to my cannibal/barbarian nature of being. I don't know where my heart was and why it kept wandering to causing this havoc to the serenity of our marriage. I have always admired our union being like the Nameless', D.J Mo's, or Terence's even much more serene and private like the Ndambuki's and Wyre's but now water has spilt in that after the over 15yrs we have been in marriage with your perseverance, love, care and support that the twist paint our marriage now like the Kabi's, Khaligraph's or Kevin Kioko's with his mapenzi tight's crooner. I am King kaka in this and I admit my flaws and I please as strong as Nana Owiti and palliate me. From grass to grace to held my hand tightly despite being adviced to pack and go because our marriage had become a synonym of struggle and poverty. Despite all that and siring me 3 awesome kids Njeri, Njoro and my lovely copyright Muthoni I was deceived by the devil and I by mistake impregnated 26 yrs Wanjiru our neighbor who is your niece wife of 5yrs to my cousin 30yrs Kamau. That lastborn son of 2yrs whom Kamau loves so much is my Child. No one can suspect because he resembles his mother Wanjiru. It pains me when he comes playing in our house with the rest of the children and you joke on how Kamau produced a lookalike of his wife not knowing its me and that's why if you have ever noted I frown on that joke. Please forgive even though it is Wanjiru who trapped me for the two years time Kamau lived and worked in Mandera while he had abandoned her here. I apologize on behalf of Wanjiru please don't let this cat out of the bag. If you do mad Kamau will kill all of us plus we will have no place to burry our heads for the shame. Please forgive me my beautiful wife I will never again repeat this. " 45 yrs Njogu tells his 40yrs Wambui.
