To enhance dance technique in a variety of genres
To develop skills in dance composition
To be provided with performance opportunities
To improve posture and body alignment
To increase c
onfidence
To develop leadership and team building skills
To be empowered about the following: time management, conflict resolution, event planning, etc
Dress code: Any dance / fitted attire in either blue, black white or grey
Presently there are forty-three (43) dancers, 42 females and 1 male. Classes are held twice weekly: Friday afternoon and Saturday evening or when deemed necessary. Emphasis is placed on ballet / lyrical, afro-caribbean, abstract, jazz, modern, folk, swing, dancehall, soca,etc.
