First of all, we’ll meet with you to discuss your requirements. From here, whilst keeping you informed and in firm control, we’ll deal with the following:
The Venue – Using our extensive knowledge of venues. We’ll find the perfect location for your wedding whether it be outdoor or indoor. We help you find the most suitable venue as per your expectations and budget. The Suppliers – We’ll source all the necessary suppliers for your wedding from florists and stationers to photographers and entertainers. The Management – We take care of all your wedding administration; arranging appointments, attending meetings, ordering samples and handling all wedding related paperwork, phone calls and emails. We manage your budget, track all payments, develop a wedding day schedule and liaise with all your suppliers to ensure they are clear regarding the day’s arrangements. The Design – We work with you to identify a design theme that is personal and unique to you and your celebration. The Day – When the day itself arrives we are on hand to manage your event, ensuring everything goes without a hitch, decorating your venue and acting as a point of contact for your guests.
