He is kind of right, it is not only talking about it that lights me up, but working it, searching, testing again and again till I finding the right combination, that little pinch that will make the difference, this is the flame that keeps me going. Why Caprices & Délices, well “Délices” speaks for itself, “Caprices” hum, lets say it is supposed to be the clients’ wishes, but it is also me in the kitchen creating what ever envy passes through my head.
