I am a dedicated mother, of two children who unfortunately were diagnosed with Celiac Disease (CD). My son had symptoms at the age of seven, my daughter had none. It felt like the whole world had collapsed around me. I felt useless. It was really hard to understand and adapt to a new life style. Buying gluten free products that were truly free of gluten and safe for my children, was a challenge an

d it became my never ending objective, my only focus in life. I couldn’t trust all products that claimed to be gluten free. So I embarked on a journey of research, where I expanded my horizon concerning this issue. I was not going to let anything happen to them, not now, not ever. Through my 4 years of research, endless cooking and baking trials, I have become quite skilled in the art of cooking and baking. What pleases me most, is my children, husband and friends love my cooking, especially my cakes. I believe the main reason was because everything I cooked, I cooked with all my heart. My meals and dessert have to be healthy, tasty and most importantly safe from any gluten contamination. Happy to see my children grow strong and healthy once more, I decided to start this Gluten Free page and share my knowledge and services as a caring mother of 2, to parents going through what I experienced before in anger and frustration. I believe no parent should go through such nightmares. And to see the color return on my children faces, was the world to me and I am sure it would be for you as well.
