🚀 Data Capture Operator (Onsite) 🚀

We are currently seeking detail-oriented and efficient Data Capture Operators to join our team for a one-month project, with the possibility of extension to three months based on performance. Exceptional performance may lead to a permanent role within the organization.



As a Data Capture Operator, you will be responsible for accurately capturing data from various documents. Most documents can be copy-pasted, while some require manual keying. Each document consists of 20 fields, and we expect an average of 8 documents to be processed per hour.



Your payment will be based on the volume of data you capture. The more you capture, the more you get paid.



Selected candidate will work on a daily basis, with a 9-hour shift, including a 1-hour break. Payments will be made on a daily basis.



Please note that deductions will be made for errors detected during data usage, emphasizing the importance of accuracy in your work.

We are looking for a Creative Designer to create engaging on-brand, Clientele graphics for a variety of media. You will be a highly creative multi-channel designer, able to work independently and also as part of a larger team. We are looking for an innovative individual with awareness across all media of the latest creative trends and technologies. You’ll be a strong creative thinker, but also have the technical skills to take your ideas from inception and brief through to completion.

Responsibilities
Study design briefs and determine requirements
Develop illustrations and other designs for social media platforms
Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
Develop illustrations, videos, social media posts and other designs
Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
Work with copywriters and creative teams to produce the final design
Test graphics across various media
Amend designs after feedback
Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

Skill Requirements
1+ year Proven graphic designing experience with the Adobe suite,
primarily Photoshop, Illustrator.
A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
Understanding of typography and layout for both online and offline print is essential
Flexibility in handling a variety of assignments with changing priorities and parameters.
Experience using After Effects and Adobe premiere will be an added advantage
Highly organized, motivated and responsible with good time management abilities.
A team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a fun-loving culture.
