The Jubilee ballroom, formerly known as The Coconut Grove, was a buzzling night club attached to the hotel. Mignonne Fernando and the Jetliners regularly entertained guests at the Coconut Grove where the sounds of music and dancing brought to life the culture and vivacity of the 1900s.
